狄龍湖的尖頂帆船(Spinnaker at Lake Dillon)

The room itself was very clean and everything worked. That said, there is no "lobby area", just a garage entrance to an elevator. Once on the floor, you have to go outside on a walkway to gain entry to the condo. Combos for everything was confusing. We did not use the pool, hot tub, or sauna as they looked very run down and unappealing. Good location for shopping and lots of restaurants nearby. View of lake in back was okay.

Spinnaker is up to date, comfortable, quiet, close to the surrounding towns, the amphitheater, etc. it’s nice to get away from the front range when it’s Hot and spend time in the mountains. I enjoyed biking to Breckenridge and paddling with my kayak in the Frisco Marina.

I called in advance to see if my unit had a washer/dryer. It did not. Gwen said to call back closer to the check in date to see what she had available. I called Gwen on the way and she said she had a unit that had one. Great! I checked in with the keyless entry (which is amazing) and was surprised that she was able to give me an upgrade for the week. It was amazing. Toward the end of my stay, I asked if there was availability the following week, as we enjoyed it so much that we'd like to stay. They were full, but she put me on a wait list. Sure enough, a unit became available! We moved and couldn't be happier. The place had everything we would have wanted or needed. The pool/hot tub/sauna, the heated garage, the wifi and the spacious/fully-furnished/equipped accommodations were awesome! I appreciated the customer service that not only Gwen provided, but also that from Ernesto, Abigail and Robert. We will be back! Thank you, Spinnaker team.

You can't beat Dillon for a visit to the mountains. Two couples went up to ride bikes for a couple of days (wonderful cement path). This condo was very comfortable for 2 couples. It's on the 2nd floor with an elevator. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. There was a beautiful view of the lake and mountains from the deck. The 2 spaces in the parking garage were a little tight for our truck and car but workable. We could catch the bike path easily right from the condo. We rode to Keystone one day and around the lake the next (highly recommend electric bikes if your older or not in great shape). Great restaurants and shopping were close by. We cooked some meals also. Most of the dishes, pots, bowls, utensils we needed were available, but make sure you bring spices, butter, oil, etc. There was work being done on the outside, but it wasn't noisy. There were some stains on the carpet and the bathrooms could use an upgrade, but the location and views made up for that. Beds and living room areas were very comfortable. Manager was very responsive to questions. The Dillon Dam Brewery is worth a visit. The chowder was marvelous!

Great location and good size condo with great amenities.
