Our family of five adored our stay at Agriturismo Trebbiolo. Paulo and Lisa are thee most incredible, humble, kind and accommodating hosts. The 'Girasol' apartment was quintessentially Tuscan. We enjoyed the pool everyday as well as walking the farm and surrounds. We also enjoyed cooking in the apartment kitchen with beautiful ingredients we found in the local area. Lisa and Paulo hosted a Pizza dinner one evening where they made everything from scratch. During our stay we drove to the bustling beautiful city of Florence and a few days later, the leaning tower of Pisa. Upon return from being tourists, we appreciated the tranquility of the estate. A highlight was definitely falling asleep and waking up to the serene sounds of a working farm.... birds, bees and once in a while - cows. There is a sensibility of down-to-earth family values, hardworking people and humility which makes this gem the best family vacation destination.
