I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options, and the service was excellent. The banquet facilities were also well-organized, making it a perfect place for events and gatherings.

I m very happy to share my feedback.. Yesterday i came for the dinner with my friends.. We are realy enjoyed.. Excellent food with with great service.. Excellent managment... Ambience was very nice.. I recommended to all freinds to come once.. And special thanx to mr nitaynanda mondol for good managment.. He is a really gentleman... Staff was very helpful.. Thanx to all team members

Excellent service ....................... Helping staff , well arrange and clean rooms ,good food , well arrange and systematic environment, supportive staff always ready to help. Laundry express service Excellent within one they delivered my laundry . Specially Mr.bitupan from laundry they did good job .

My experience at the hotel was excellent, and a big part of that was thanks to Aditi. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a smile and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. She helped me with local recommendations, handled my requests quickly, and made me feel like a valued guest. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out, and I truly appreciate her efforts in making my stay memorable. Food was delicious😋Room was very neat and clean well maintained.

Span and clean premises. I tried to find points against the cleanliness. But the hotel is spotless. Basically the bathroom is thoroughly cleaned. Best part was the evening services by housekeeping department. The delivered everything what a guest needs. The privacy was utmost. Other departments like food service department, front desk all are equally good. Thank youuh..
