Very Average. Old smelly (moist) rooms, Bedsheet was old and we had to get it changed. No proper amneties provided in the room, not even basic toiletries (not even soap) it had just 2 shampoo sachets . . Needs lot of improvement in terms of quality and service. There is no proper and direct access by lifts to these old rooms. Saffron Restaurant is worthwhile, in terms of buffet breakfast and A-La Carte . Food was good and even staff was very hospitable.

Many a times I've availed the services of hotel Natraj, one of the most professionally managed hotel in Dibrugarh. Very nicely maintained , spacious & clean rooms, ideal for business or family trips.

The ambience and service part is excellent . The breakfast buffet has always been a delight ..!! Room service has been very good and hotel took care of the early check in request , overall experience has been awesome 👍.

Hotel Classic is good hotel in a good location. Staying is a comfortable,having a luxury touch.
Atmosphere is friendly,Staff is cordially behaved.Food is finger Licking.
Over all,good experience in Imphal before fly back.

It’s okay but breakfast needs to improve seriously for this price. Rooms are good for the price. But the bell desk doesn’t come on time to pick your luggage
