We had a dreadful experience at Papillon reef hotel, firstly as we started off our journey we had an email from the hotel asking for card details and the remaining payment, it had all our details, reference number and correct amount, we tried to pay and then realised it could be a scam! Which it was, we had to stop 3 cards The hotel would not take responsibility and never apologised for all the inconvenience, they stated this had happened to previous guests! So why not warn forthcoming guests! The management had a very bad attitude and offered us a bottle of wine! Really!!! They employ trainees who are doing an amazing job, they told us they did not get paid for a year! Disgusting Food was very average, hotel needed updating, a lot of broken sun beds Beautiful beach and nice pool with lots of monkeys running around as well as cats
