帕皮倫瀉湖礁飯店(Papillon Lagoon Reef Hotel)

This is really nice hotel, Location is wonderful. Hotel staffs from reception, cleaner, restaurant, bar, pool attendant, are marvelous / helpful and well trained. Entertainment program is good too especially Water aerobics Food variety and quality is outclassed. You can go to nearby island with 5 mins boat ride and do snorkeling. Ensure if you negotiate and monitor time with JETSKI guys Two suggestions: a) They should add stand fan in the room b) Generator should have coverage for AC as well Overall very good experience at Papillon

Lieu magnifique pour cet hôtel au top très propre avec un beau parc une piscine et pool bar de rêve, les transats vue sur la mer turquoise invitent au farniente, les buffets sont complets et bons mais les desserts à revoir..., la plage est superbe (en effet prévoyez chaussures pour vous baigner à cause des oursins et apprenez à dire non merci ça aide sur la plage : hapana ahsante) le personnel est super agréable et l'équipe d'animation douée j'ai encore les chants en tête ...

Very rude and unpleasant staff. They do not respect guests and ignore theirs requests.We ordered lunch boxes at the reception the day before Safari but nothing has been prepared. They didn’t apologize and were very unprofessional . Please avoid this hotel. Kenya is a beautiful country but there are much better places to stay

We had a dreadful experience at Papillon reef hotel, firstly as we started off our journey we had an email from the hotel asking for card details and the remaining payment, it had all our details, reference number and correct amount, we tried to pay and then realised it could be a scam! Which it was, we had to stop 3 cards The hotel would not take responsibility and never apologised for all the inconvenience, they stated this had happened to previous guests! So why not warn forthcoming guests! The management had a very bad attitude and offered us a bottle of wine! Really!!! They employ trainees who are doing an amazing job, they told us they did not get paid for a year! Disgusting Food was very average, hotel needed updating, a lot of broken sun beds Beautiful beach and nice pool with lots of monkeys running around as well as cats

I loved how the pool was foggy it felt like I was in the blue lagoon and love the rooms they ware clean but add a stand fan in the family room pls but overall it was sooooooo nice. I also loved how you sculpt different things out of watermelon s it looks so good

Loved every bit of my stay at Papillon. Booked my stay with Jumbo Adventures. They organized everything before and during the stay. Toured the beach for 4days and had amazing time there. The meals at Papillon were amazing. Entertainment at night thrilling plus met many foreigners from Germany, France and Poland. I'd recommend Jumbo Adventures any day

We spent here two wonderful weeks. We had room with 4 beds (very comfortable ) and two bathrooms with garden view - was clean, big and quiet. Food was delicious, very good quality of drinks (juice, beer, strong alcohols). Service was very professional and friendly. Beautiful swimming pool, larg garden (with cute monkeys and bushbabys) and clean beach. Animation team worked hard to make fun for everyone (the best aqua gym I had ever seen). Suggestions- Bathrooms, toilets and playground should be renovated. In our opinion hotel is very good (good value for money) and the hotel deserves at least four stars. We spent here wonderful holiday and I am sure that next time I will choose the same hotel for our holiday in Kenya. Warm greetings from cold Poland for all staff.

The reception was great with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and the guest areas were generally clean and well organized. Breakfast and lunch was fantastic on all days but the dinner generally fell below expectations on all days. It was tasteless with minimal options. On 6th January 2024, one of managers was rude and unconcerned. The pool bar was excellent and the attendant very friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the morning water exercises.

My wife and I received 5 days stay in this hotel as a honeymoon gift. We had the all inclusive package which we thought would be very nice since it was our honeymoon and we just wanted to relax. The check in took a long time with them checking our reservations while all the bookings were done almost 2 weeks before. The drinks which were included in the package i.e the cocktails and the wine were some of the worst ive ever drunk my whole life. Mombasa is hot and when you get a warm wine in a plastic mug that looked very worn out,you lose the taste. The food was very basic and my wife and I ended up getting food poisoning. Breakfast wasnt good either, the pancakes were the only good thing but someone had to que for almost 15minutes just to get 2 pieces. The pool with the swim up bar is nice but yet again you get warm wine in a worn out plastic cup. The staff by the pool can be rude! we had a small bluetooth speaker so my wife and i could listen to music without disturbing anyone and on low volume but the staff rudely asked us to turn it off. We were meant to stay there for 5 night but after the 3rd day we checked out.
