I recently stayed at The Fern Shelter Hotel and was impressed by their exceptional service, modern facilities, and delicious food. The staff was attentive and courteous, the rooms were well-maintained and stylish, and the dining options were diverse and tasty. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

Excellent services & courteous staff. Special mention to Mr. Shivam(Reservation Manager) & Mr. Abhishek(Food Manager) who ensured we enjoyed everything and taking special care. I stayed at The Fern Shelter Resort, Palghar this past weekend with both my kids and it was truly a refreshing break for all of us. From Saturday morning to Sunday evening, we were completely relaxed, happy, and so well looked after. The rooms were clean, cozy, and beautifully done with little thoughtful touches. My kids especially loved the indoor play area with carrom, chess, and table tennis. It kept them busy and smiling the whole time. The outdoor space was peaceful and green, with a sweet little play zone for smaller kids too. We also got to enjoy the spa, which has a lovely big window overlooking greenery. It was so calming and quiet. The food at Saffron Pure Veg was wholesome and full of flavour. We had a beautiful thali for dinner and everything felt homely and light. One of the most special moments was the evening diya-lighting tradition. A guest lights the first diya and then the staff join in with their candles. It creates such a heartwarming sense of togetherness. This stay was more than just a getaway. It gave me peaceful moments with my kids, some much-needed calm, and memories we’ll always cherish. I would definitely recommend this resort to families looking for a peaceful weekend escape not too far from Mumbai.
