I recently stayed at The Fern Shelter Hotel and was impressed by their exceptional service, modern facilities, and delicious food. The staff was attentive and courteous, the rooms were well-maintained and stylish, and the dining options were diverse and tasty. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

The team worked really well on our constructive feedback. We were happy as a family to be staying at Fern Palghar. What we appreciate the most was the interest to do better and elevate guest experience. Chef Atul, Chef Shambhu, Sumit , Reshikesh and team took good care of us. There is scope of improvement where staff training in both restaurants is concerned. Staff is hard-working just needs a little more emphasis on training and skill development. Umesh and team from front office put in effort. House keeping team led by Mr. Pandurang worked very well on our previous feedback and did an excellent Job. Hope our next stay is also as good as this one and we keep coming back to Fern Palghar for even better experiences. We wanted to talk to Chef Atul regarding some banquet plans for our Father’s friends group gathering as they are all senior citizens but till the end Chef Atul did not get back to discuss the banquet plans and we left. Never-mind next time as we will soon be coming back for yet another stay to experience Fern Hospitality.

Good location, well furnished rooms, welcoming lobby and restaurants. Pool location next to the highway is not great, water was highly cholrinated and mildly putrid. While restaurant facility is top class, unclean cutlery, food taste and presentation is alas dhaba like. Room AC either chills or goes kaput, unelable to maintain pleasant temperature in the room. Management needs to urgently focus on making things right, for this wonderful property to remain a good stay.

We stayed at The Fern Shelter Resort, Palghar for 2 days with a group of friends, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were very comfortable and well-maintained. What really stood out to us was the friendly and helpful staff—they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. The peaceful surroundings and relaxing vibe made it a perfect getaway spot. Whether you're visiting with friends or family, this place is a great choice. Highly recommended!

The stay was amazing and it is a perfect weekend getaway. The staff is also very cooperative and understanding. The place has a very soothing vibe. Its a must visit place. I highly recommend this place and would like to revisit it again in coming weeks.
