環境很差，臟，蚊子多

非常失望，床很難睡著

Room cleanliness is not up to standard.

Nothing I can say about this hotel except old. I got email confirmation from Trip.com about my room reservation but unfortunately my name was not registered in the guest list. No airport pick up and the worst thing is the phone number written in the website is wrong.

Stayed 3 nights and changed the room twice. First room full of mosquitoes, couldn't sleep much, second room had no hot water, the third room was fine. No airport pick-up even though their website says it. Rooms are outdated, especially the bathrooms need to be renovated. Because of the above hassle, I requested free late check-out, it was refused by the manager, had to pay 50% room rate. Breakfast is all right, had one dinner and it was good. Will not stay here again.

very clean restaurant and food like fully hygienic. we just enjoyed. i was there for three night over all my experience was great. specially Mr, rakib who work in the restaurant he was very hospitality and suggestive and more polite. room is very clean and tidy. NEVER GO THERE. I wouldn't even deign to give this hotel a one-star rating. It was a horrible place. The staff's behavior was extremely egocentric. I saw that they offered free airport pick-up on their website, so I called to confirm. Initially, I was told that I would have to pay 1000 taka (10 dollars) for the service, so I had no intention of taking it. However, they later called me back and confirmed that the service was indeed free and that they would send a vehicle for me. I was forced to wait at the airport for an hour and a half, only to find out that I still had to pay 1000 taka. It was a bizarre situation, and I could have traveled to the hotel without waiting for half the cost. When I questioned the staff about it, there was no genuine apology, only an egocentric response. The room was also nothing like the pictures on the website, which was a deceptive advertisement. The service was also very poor. I had to continually call for my room to be cleaned, and there were far too many mosquitos, which will make you sick. Lastly, they offered me a discount of 54 taka (0.5 dollars) on my room rate so that I must leave a positive review here, which I never asked from them lol. This hotel was truly horrendous.

Good service. Good service nice to him and clean room I ever seen I have been travel a lot of hotel but this hotel is very clean this is why I would like to come again and again and I really want to thank the staff who help me a lot name is Beauty.

Excellent room, great service by Mr. Saiful, Mr. ARIF AND Ms. Beauty. Very good in room service, good behaviour during the check in time, good and healthy food, affordable hotel in Banani area. Wish them good luck in the future.

First of all I found a room attended here very familiar. Her name Beauty. She took us to our room and told me the whole procedure that what do if I need anything here. Whenever I needed anything, I found her there

We were greeted by Mr. Saiful. He made us feel at home and aided us with great patience. The room the really well managed and the COVID-19 protocols were maintained and the room was cleaned and felt really luxurious. Hoping to stay again soon.
