大宮殿飯店及度假村 達卡

排水が悪くシャワーが使えなかったが、バングラ語が出来なくても、親切に対応して頂き、すぐに改善しました。部屋の予約するためのサイトの内容が、あまりにも現実と違っていたり、予約の内容がレストランやフロントに伝わっていなかったりと、いろいろありましたが、スタッフの対応や清潔さ、食事などとても満足しました。

Great Experience. Very Clean Hotel. The room is well maintained and clean. We had an amazing breakfast with different cuisine choices. The stuff is very friendly, Mr. Nayan Restaurant supervisor and Nahid others staff is very professional, We highly recommend this hotel in very good area. We had a wonderful room service, we will visit again next month.

I had the opportunity to stay at Grand Palace Hitel & Resorts in Dhaka for a couple nights. From the beginning to the end, I had a delightful stay. The reception lady, Kinaka, was very polite, eloquent, and professional in handling check-in/check-out, and all things guests related. Much better compared to other experiences in Canada and the US. Whilst waiting for reception to finish the check-in process, the bellman, Riaz, was very polite and promptly provided me with a beverage which was a pleasant surprise that I did not expect. He also went through everything in the hotel room and made sure I was aware of all the amenities the hotel provided. I had breakfast by myself and the waiter, Nahid, made my morning more brighter than it already was. He made sure I was comfortable and that the food was satisfactory. He spent time out of his day to converse with me which I appreciated a lot. Attached is a photo of him and I. And I genuinely appreciate the time and thought that Nahid went through for a guest like myself. Overall, from beginning to end, this hotel provided the best customer service that I have ever received and I travel and stay at many hotels quite often. And the rooms were clean, spacious, and pleasant to stay in.

Customer care people behavior was good, service good, food good, excellent ambience,nice decorated, Mr. Nayan Arif and saiful served me , location is good, many facility is there, warm greetings from front gate, amazing reception beside lobby cafe, I will visit very soon.

This is the best hotel in centre of Dhaka, i reserved a table for five,i visited 10.01.2025, they are serving welcome drinks for refreshment on arrival time, excellent ambience inside and well decorated restaurant , neat and clean everywhere it was great experience with food and service, Mr.Nayan and his team really Very supportive and professional, i Will visit very soon,
