"Triple Crown Resort, Galchi-4, Dhading, Nepal is a restaurant and hotel that looks grand, but unfortunately, its service doesn’t match its appearance. While traveling to Machhakhola in the past, I saw this grand hotel, and on the way back, our group of 11 people stopped there for lunch. About 15 minutes after placing our order, the waiter came back to say that one of the items we ordered was unavailable. Around 10 minutes later, he brought two glasses of packaged mango juice. After repeatedly asking, the rest of the drinks — lassi, juice, and coffee — were served about 20 minutes later, along with a club sandwich for one person. By the time everyone had finished their drinks, one person’s drink finally arrived. The food for four guests was served after another 10 minutes, followed by the Nepali set meal after about 10 more minutes. However, one person’s food still hadn’t arrived even after everyone else had finished eating. It took about 1 hour and 20 minutes for that guest’s pizza to finally be served. I was very disappointed that the food was not served together, forcing some people to eat while others waited hungry. The drinks were also served in plastic cups, which were not environmentally friendly. Moreover, the waiters seemed more focused on collecting tips than on providing proper service. Overall, I would not recommend dining here just because the place looks good. I have never experienced such poor service in a hotel of this standard."
