I was totally dissatisfied with the property, and discomfort with the property I faced, should be a rating of 1 or less. I discourage visiting, its inside the residential area, and better hotels are available on highway agra-Mumbai road, in Dewas. Very poor hospitality, including initially allocated worst room without latch from inside. No water in the bathroom, and no support from the housekeeping staff. very poor check-in and booking experience, no communication confirmation, and a lack of courteous services. Worst experience in my travel across the globe, in the last 20 years. During check-out, The property staff was harsh not to do check-out/ leave till I paid them immediately at check-out in spite of paying to the travel portal. They asked me to ask for a refund from the travel portal.

We were on the way from gwalior to pune and needed a night stay. This hotel was ideal for us as it was on the way. Clean property, nice staff, restaurant served good breakfast next morning. Parking is on the street, however there was a security guard all night.
