Best hotel and spa i have ever been in Romania and definitely one of the best I have ever been in europe. The rooms are extremely big, stylish, and super clean. The hotel is very modern and spacious. The spa and pool areas are fantastic, very big, and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful , very polite and attentive. The owner of the hotel Mr. Marius is a very nice gentelman. He was always greeting us and checking if everything was ok . This is an example of exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this place to visit and to relax . We had a fantastic time there.

Second time here and I have enjoyed it as much as the first time. Great location, large room and also a very large bathroom, lovely decorated, quiet, very clean, professional staff. Coffee machine and kettle in the room, hair dryer and magnifying mirror in the bathroom, air con and good parking. Good selection for breakfast and lovely and helpful ladies ready to help without being in your face. You feel treated with respect by all staff here. Loved it and highly recommended.

The hotel is right în the city center, very closeto restaurants and the castle. We rented the apartment which was very clean and spacious, had 2 king size beds. The hotel also has parking in front that gets quite busy during the day because it also has a pool that is opened to the public with a 45 lei fee. The breakfast has quite a few options with just the right ballance and they also have good coffee, and a fresh orange juice machine. The pool is open from 9-21 and the water has 30-32°C. They offer towels and have a bar as well.
