Beautiful 2-family house "Am Rotenberg", renovated in 2020, surrounded by meadows and fields. 3.5 km from the centre of Detmold, on the outskirts, 31 km from the centre of Paderborn, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: garden with lawn for sunbathing 400 m2. In the house: fitness room, storage room for bicycles, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Stepped path (7 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 750 m, bus stop 700 m, railway station "Detmold" 3.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 3.2 km, indoor swimming pool 3.9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5.5 km, tennis 4.1 km, walking paths from the house 20 m. Nearby attractions: Adlerwarte 8 km, Hermannsdenkmal 7 km, Externsteine 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. 2-room apartment 90 m2 on 1st floor. A quiet apartment, very spacious and modern. The kitchen is well equipped. The landlady lives in the house and is very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
