迪沙魯海岸One&Only唯逸度假飯店的評論

Amazing and awesome resort! 是一眼就會被吸引的度假酒店，但價格也確實不低（畢竟是Kerry Hill大師的作品），可是住上就會發現它值得，一切的一切都是那麼美好！儘管有些服務有些不盡人意，但留下的美好回憶會永存

訂為特別慶祝，預約要求但是沒有通知情況下拿到的地點不是預想也沒有更好的建議與升值。 不建議來度假慶祝，不被重視

房間還不錯比較寬敞，服務也還可以有待提高，早餐選擇比較少，設施差一些，讓人感覺有點無聊Anyway It's a great hotel but it's overpriced for it's location

私人酒店，很有隱私。 乾淨。 設施 完善 食物也好吃。

非常棒的酒店，酒店的工作人員熱情好客，像對待家人一般，我們下次還回去這個酒店，媽媽孩子玩的很開心，難忘的回憶

環境不錯，早餐選擇少，作為東南亞獨家酒店服務熱情度差點意思。

酒店位置，設施不錯，房間寬敞。但是，管理混亂，我預訂了酒店的車在10：00AM到碼頭接我們，酒店也發電郵白紙黑字的確認了。但是沒有任何車來車我們，我們在碼頭等了一個半小時，多次打電話催促，碼頭的工作人員也幫我們打電話給酒店，但是酒店接電話員工説會來的，但一直沒派車。酒店距離碼頭5分鐘車程，但是當地沒有出租車。衹能等酒店的車。最後11：30才派車來。事後酒店的解釋是他們員工雖然已發確認電郵，但忘記把訂單輸入系統。在CHECK OUT時候，酒店打印的賬單又重複多收我們買沙灘衣褲的價錢（大約2千RMB），我們查出後才改正。入住這酒店一定要仔細檢查賬單。

We want to say thank you to the whole team. We enjoyed with our children the time at the One&Only. We will come back. Thanks to Bruno and the whole team, everything works really well. We enjoyed also our tennis lessons, private yoga lesson and the tea time. The beach club and the Only Kids club are also great. Breakfast & Dinner at the main restaurant were also great.

建議將礦泉水更換為玻璃類型，因為回收水瓶表面經過一些刮痕後有些模糊，而且看起來很舊..:) 發生了一件有趣的事情…我們把披薩放在桌子外面，我們進入浴室後半塊就被偷了😆我們認為這是猴子..無論如何，不要讓你的食物無人看管🙂 ↔️

It was a good resort, where you get total isolation from the bustling city noise, and to experience total relaxation and to be at ease. However, I think that from the price point of view, it does not really justify the value, particularly on the location and the sea view, you might get more options, perhaps better in other places.

We had an excellent experience at the hotel, celebrating my child's birthday. Despite the long travel distance, we enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The hotel staff went above and beyond by decorating our room with a "Pokemon" theme and preparing a lovely cake. When they learned about my child's nut allergy, the hotel manager arranged for a new cake to be made, which was incredibly thoughtful.

度假村很漂亮（正如預期的那樣）。這裡有許多設施和活動（僅供參考：客人每晚住宿只能享受 1 項免費活動）。早餐很棒！然而，午餐/晚餐的食物既昂貴又有限。值得一遊，但肯定只會回到其他 O&O 度假村。

美麗的房間和度假村！面向大海的無邊際泳池太美了！我們的房間和廁所都很漂亮！私人泳池很棒，但水可能很冷。如果泳池能有加熱器就太好了。有很多昆蟲（但由於周圍都是雨林，這是可以理解的）所以如果你討厭昆蟲，就不要住在雨林房間。我們住的是海景房，已經很寬敞了哈哈。 我們的住宿真是太棒了。它是如此私密和奢華。工作人員都非常友好，每個人都對我們的寶寶充滿了愛！我們印象深刻，如果你問我們是否會再住在那裡，我會說「心跳加速！」。感謝大家讓我們度過了愉快的住宿！

Still need to improve on the standards of this property as it’s not the same top standard as the other “one and only” brand..
