Pulizia terribile, ho dovuto far cambiare le lenzuola perché avevano tracce di cacca del precedente ospite. La pulizia generale sia nei corridoi che nel locale colazione non sono accettabili. Personale di reception non collaborativo e disponibile

No tea and coffee making facilities, no microwave oven.No trash bins in the room.No milk.No coffee or tea. No room made up even if you ask for it. Their affiliated Tiffany's restraunt was dismal to say the least. I ended up getting a snack and I had a better selection of beer and mixed drinks from the local gas station for dinner the next night. I have stayed in youth hostels and some outback motels and never would have associated the "Hilton" brand with accommodation that does not deliver at all on the expected basics. Woeful!1

Room is really clean, but that is because there’s hardly anything in it. The nightstands were missing so there was nowhere to set up my CPAP machine. I have a desk chair, but there is no desk. I picked up a burger at a drive-through before checking in, but there’s no table for me to eat it at. I guess I can pull the desk chair over to the dresser that the TV is sitting on. There is a small refrigerator sitting in the middle of the floor. no microwave, no coffee machine, even though the website assured me that each room is equipped with these items. I called the main desk to inquire about the missing items and if I might be able to have a room with all of the furniture in it. The man says no we don’t have any other rooms. Basically, he tells me if I don’t like it I can leave. It is after 10 PM I have been driving since noon to get here for a family reunion tomorrow. I have nowhere else to go. I have to stay, I have no choice. I’m not going to sleep in my car. “We are remodeling” he says. Great, but that doesn’t do me any good tonight. Why do you book rooms that aren’t furnished? He doesn’t know. But I can leave if I don’t like it. Well I don’t like it but I know I’m going to get charged because I didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance, so I know I just basically have to live with it. But I don’t have to come back.

We had a great experience staying here overnight, with the park and fly for travel. We were even upgraded to a suite. Important to know, book directly through the hotel and NOT through a third party (Res-Comfort) as you will not be allowed to park/leave your vehicle if traveling. We were not aware if this and unable to receive refund through the third party

This is a good location for getting to the airport and getting around. It is expensive for what you get at $ 1100 a night. The room was ample and clean but dated. There are some businesses sround, good wifi, well appointed.
