Front desk agent Sabrina was ignorant as a crook. She left a paper trail showing that she checked me into the jacuzzi suite that I had reserved for three nights and lied at check in saying there was no reservation there and then threatened to kick me out when I became upset over the situation. She then booked me into three nites for another room because of the lies she told us about the first room. Taylor and the agent with ******* were helpful in straightening the issue out however I am still very upset over its entirety!! My trip was not as planned and my money was held up for weeks. I was booked for three nites in a room I only stayed two nites in as well!! Taylor was put through heck as well over this because Sabrina is a horrible attribute to this property! She was horrible to her staff as well as us!! I’m disgusted by her behavior and as a former front desk agent and manager I am appalled that she is a part of this business! And why is my review not being submitted? I have reviewed it and revised it 5 times and I continue to get emails saying I cannot submit the information! This is ridiculous and unacceptable

I didn’t actually stay. It was terrible. I walked in and the guy at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional so I left and stayed across the street for three nights.
