德比南普瑞米爾飯店(Premier Inn Derby South)

This was night out for my disabled wives birthday. Access to the hotel was up a steep slope with raised curb! At top 2 narrow doors were nearly impossible to access (had to be helped from a quest queueing at reception! Found out our wet room was not available as it was double booked!! Offered shower over bath or raised (200 m/m) shower!! Access to restaurant/ bar was through manual door up 3 steps or down slope/ up another slope outside!! Restaurant was fully booked by 3 guests who wanted 20 more seats. WALKED OUT!! Waited 2 days to contact Premier given FULL REFUND/ appologies!!

Really friendly staff on check in and check out. Easy free parking, just enter your reg number! Clean room, comfy bed and kept warm by good air con unit and heater in the room. There’s a handy Lidl next door for any supplies you need. Table table restaurant attached …. Slow service, really poorly staffed and expensive for what you get for the evening meal, but the breakfast was great, cooked to order and plenty of continental choice, with friendly staff. I’d definitely use this premier inn again.

This was an extremely clean and spacious hotel with great rooms. The receptionist Emma was extremely helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to be extremely kind to us. Would highly recommend a stay. Emma made me feel that my experience at the hotel was personally important to her. I think she deserves most credit over for the wonderful experience we had at the hotel. The breakfast was good as well and the public areas are relaxing and serviced by an attentive team of staff.

Lovely place to stay and the staff cannot do enough for you. Particular mention for Emma S...she went above and beyond to help with arranging an accessible room for my mum...wouldn't hesitate to stay here again Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order Thankyou Emma and your team x

Lovely overnight stay after visiting relatives in Derby. The staff were polite and courteous, the room was spotless, and the bed comfortable. Everything I have come to expect from a stay at a Premier Inn.

I. Was in room 1 near reception, the room was far to hot even though the radiator was off, and someone started talking I think in the room above me, I don't think the went to bed and I had a poor nights sleep.

Highly recommend 👍🏼 Rooms are soo spacious and clean for a family with young kids , will be happy to come back in future 👍🏼

Brilliant value for money, friendly staff and reasonable food. However the bar shuts at 8.30 which is the most ridiculous thing about this place and the nearest pub is a £8 Uber ride away! We were told that the bar shuts early so that the staff can finish early as it’s quiet at the moment! Not the service that we have grown to expect but kind of makes sense. We won’t be booking this hotel again for our workforce.

From the start of our stay we were impressed with the kindness of the staff here. Emma had a smile on her face that lights up the room! She is so bubbly and a credit to this hotel. Helped carry our luggage to the room as with 2 children juggling everything is always a struggle. The colouring sheets was a hit with the children keeping them entertained! Overall a great stay.
