The property location is good and you need to say where is v mart to reach this hotel. Food was average and they took a lot of time to complete the order. They charged me for the complementary water too. Nothing is on time with this property.

When i asked for tea, they served me cold tree. And i didn't like that there was no response by the restaurant. They were not helpful.

The rooms are very generously sized . Ours had a separate seating area and the bathroom was very spacious The rooms are furnished with antique furniture which will not suit all travellers as it makes the rooms dark. There are lots of steps and staircases and I don’t think the lift would cover all areas. The setting is lovely and the outside terraces and gardens are spacious and give excellent views over the town and lakes. Food was good and there is a reasonably priced bar on site There are also a couple of gift shops selling decent quality items worth a look The pool is a lovely area to relax

Its a good hotel clean rooms prime location food is average comfortable bed over all nice experience

Worse service. Bad exp in breakfast. No buffet system. Charging 300 for breakfast and providing 30 rs breakfast.

Hotel is in good location, maintain hygiene, very good behaviour of staffs, testy food
