It was a lovely experience staying at this hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were neat and cozy. I liked the calm atmosphere and quick service. Everything was well-organized. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you for the great hospitality.

This hotel is probably the best in Deoghar and only about 10 minutes away from the Temple. 1. Rooms are very good. Clean well arranged and comfortable. Toilets are well appointed. 2. Check in is super smooth. Just sign and go to your room. The luggage will follow you need not bother. 3. Food is very good. Although when you are visiting a temple, before the visit you may not want to eat a gourmet meal. They have a Dy Manager in F&B named Shanti, who takes good care in case you want food cooked in a specific way. 4. The temple is accessible only by e-rickshaws, and the front door guard arranges the e-rickshaw easily. 5. Only problem is that city power keeps going on and off and therefore it has it affect on this and all hotels in Deoghar. I have strongly recommended to the hotel to put emergency lights in the toilets. 6. All in all, this hotel is one of the best in Deoghar, and if budget is not a constraint, this is the hotel to stay in Deoghar. It has the feel of a 5* hotel.

Awesome experience with new fixtures in the bathroom, it was pleasant stay overall. Close to the Babadhaam mandir , I guess that’s what one would go to Deoghar for.

The only Pan India Branded Hotel in Deoghar. 100 meters from Bajla Chowk. I stayed for two nights checking out after 1 night staying somewhere else the 2nd night and coming back here the third night. I was welcomed very well the first time, however the 2nd time, no welcome, no welcome drink, however others were being greeted and welcomed. Its great that they gave me the room before their standard checkin time, however not sure why they asked me to wait as the room is getting ready and the family after me got the room before me, its a small thing but not good. They were having one marriage event in their hotel, but it was well managed so that other guests are not disturbed. I really appreciate them for this. The room was fresh, clean with good smell. However few red stains on bedsheet and pillow cover, it was minor but to be taken care. The Tea Coffee area feels a bit dark as its in the corner and no light there. Nice bathroom with all the amenities however the exhaust of the bathroom was not working. Best part is the food both at restaurant and in room dining. The breakfast was quite a wide spread and all delicious and the inroom dining experience too was excellent. Just one odd thing, when asked for tea roshan said its there in buffet, while his seniors served me at my table. Electricity issue, not in their hand but suggest them to get better hardware and software t0 manage quick cutoff time to improve guest experience.

Amazing experience.Before arriving to Deoghar for jyotilinga temple we were very scared because I suffer with health issues and worried about food and nice hotel but when we arrived at the hotel and soon as seen the hotel my half fear disappeared and after soon as we arrived and got welcomed by wonderful staff and special mention goes to Nisha how wonderful she is and she just took everything in her hand to make our stay very special and because of her my anxiety just disappeared. I am so grateful Nisha that you and every single staff from reception,restaurant,bar and house keeping staff are so supportive and caring and made our spiritual journey very memorable .Nisha helped us to organise our temple visit as well. Front door staff are so helpful as well. First floor bar staff and restaurant staff and food from restaurant amazing.Bed very comfortable and we had a good sleep after few days.I am going to ask my friends and family to come and stay here without any worries .Sorry I forgot to mention staff name that helped us our stay memorable Shubhas and pinky and all the staff are amazing.This hotel is not far from Shree Baba Baidyanath Jyotirlinga Mandir in rickshaw probably take 10 minutes but when you come and stay here it is very peaceful.

5 stars and above service and very nice hotel Amazing experience.Staff are so supportive and welcoming.Soon as I arrived in Deogath I was nervous and fearful about everything but soon as I entered in this hotel my anxiety disappeared thanks to wonderful staff and special thanks goes to Neha how she taken care about everything without any problems,She even arranged our jyotirlinga visit as well.Sorry Neha when we left we couldn’t say goodbye to you.food from restaurant was amazing and breakfast as well.Property looks new .Sad things that who ever stay there they don’t look after towels and bedding properly because after coming back from the temple they do clean there Tilak with towels and ruining towels and bedding.I would recommend this hotel to everyone who goes and visit jyotirlinga in Deoghath.
