Very impressed with this hotel. Across the road from train line that takes you direct from the airport. $10 on train for 40 min train ride. Great location for the city. Spotless with cleaning. Funky foyer. Water bottle in room and can refill from water fountain in lobby. Mini shop with snacks and pharmacy items. Fitness room was very clean. Had a cable machine, dumbbells, treadmill, cross trainer. Just didn’t have leg machines or barbells. Provides towels and water fountain in gym. Spacious elevators. Had a pod machine with coffee provided but no hot water in room for tea, but can get boiling water in the lobby. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Loved the hotel and its location! Room was spacious and had a really nice desk to work at. Daily free drink and credits to use at the hotel too.

Staff were nice and helpful. Everything was really quick! And didn't reel like a process checking in like it does in other hotels! I asked for a fan to be brought to the room and it came so quickly, excellent service. The only thing that I didn't like which probably can't be fixed is it was really dry in the room. Otherwise happy with our stay!

Room was ready early. Everything was great. Clean. Comfortable. Nice bar area with a complimentary beer or wine during happy hour. Lovely guitar player from 5:30-7:30. And the hotel is right across the street from Union Station. So convenient!

The entire experience was lukewarm, at best. No information given by reception staff. Noisy from 0500 in the morning. There was noise that sounds like someone was bowling loudly un the rooms adjacent and above. The room was cold. You can do better for the price.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. As we checked in at 7pm, the complentary coffee station was no longer available, and it would have been nice to have hot water for tea and hot chocolate after a long flight.
