We really enjoyed this hotel. It is close to our daughters new home that is why we chose it. It is close ish to downtown (everything in town is no more than 15 min away really). The rooms are nice, clean and contemporary, well thought out. The AC and the fridge are a bit noisy at night and can interrupt your sleep if your a light sleeper so bring ear plugs. BUT the food choices are top shelf! They have an attached food hall with some really excellent options - the bakery there BREAD is not to be missed, no kidding they have amazing pastries in the AM. The restaurant on the top floor is really fantastic - it has a stellar view and a good burger. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

I made my reservation over a month in advance, however the hotel was overbooked. They made arrangements for me to stay at another hotel. Although it was a major inconvenience for me, the staff handled it admirably. However, in 30 years of business travel this has only happened to me one other time. The last time there was additional compensation for my inconvenience, none was offered by the hotel. I would be hard pressed to book this hotel or recommend it.

Loved the New Belgium tie-ins, will absolutely need to try the rooftop restaurant for dinner next time! Rooms were clean, very soft towels and bedding. Nice views on the mountain side. No issues from street traffic noise. Much to explore nearby!

View from window was of a lot of graffiti on buildings, fencing and property, homeless sleeping in tent across the street. Room was not toddler nor children friendly.

Really comfy, great view from restaurant and near to other great food options. Pool is a big plus. Really nice bathroom and amenities.
Would stay again next time i’m in Denver.

Really loved the vibe of this hotel. Parking is expensive, $24/day. The hotel has concrete floors, and platform beds. I would recommend it.
