Nice place. The room is clean and convenient.I really like it.

We booked and paid for our trip 2 months in advance, then when we got to the property, the name was different than what we booked under. When we checked in the guy said he needed our card for the file which is normal, but then he charged us 166 for the night. When my husband went to the office after we discovered we were charged he was told to come back in the morning and the manager would take care of it. So he did, and he was told they would give him a call as soon as it was. We never heard from them, so i checked our account again, only to find out we were now charged another 166. He went back to the office nd got another run around, thenguy called the owner and pwe spoke on speaker phone. He assured us he would take care of it and said he would email us his contact info. He never did. It took a week to get the money back. Good thing we had money in our savings that we could transfer over, otherwise we would have been stranded in omaha with no money and no way to get home. The building smelt like pot, trash overflowing in the outside trashcans, local homeless people would come up to us and ask for money and cigarettes, overall did not feel safe. People were letting whoever in thru the security door. The room had trash in the trash can, a musty smell to the room, looked nice in pictures, but very unpleasant stay. Will not be staying there ever again.

The hotels changed from TownePlace to Suburban Studios during our stay. Both were excellent. Same great staff, especially Aaron and Ian, who were both very helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Quiet. Easy access to many restaurants and businesses. Felt safe and enjoyed our stay.

I booked this hotel for my guest, when they tried to check in, the hotel tried to charge my card and got declined. Then I tried to call the hotel to check what's happening and if the guests are checked in already. The front desk provided false information and told me they are in the hotel already, and all billing questions should wait until the next day. Later in the day I was told by my guest saying they were not able to check in, and I tried to call the front desk again and all my calls were ignored. When I stopped by the front desk and asked about where are my guests, the front desk still told me that they have checked in already and they are in room 120, and billing questions are for tomorrow. Since the front desk has confirmed that they are checked into room 120, I asked him to call and check if my guests are in the room so I can talk to them. The front desk person tried to call and no one answered, and then he went to the room and told me my guests are NOT checked in. Then he started to refuse to admit that he has told me the guests have checked in already, and refused to provide any additional information/help. What a shame

I wouldn't at this location because it smelled so bad, no coffee maker even when asked for one same as dishes or blankets, the tvs didn't work, there was mold in the bathroom, bedding smelled like **** an an butt, ice maker didn't work, heat didn't work, also there enough food for guests.

I booked a hotel room for my parents here for four nights. When I arrived for check-in they said their computer which assigns their key cards was down and should be up "later today or tomorrow at the latest." Three days later, still no key cards. We had to track down an employee to take us to our room every single time we wanted to use it as we never got keys which was really frustrating as they were always busy ferrying other guests. We checked out two days early to save the trouble. Ridiculous that the hotel didn't know how pressing an issue this was. It should have been resolved within 24 hours at the latest.

This room had a kitchenette and all the dishes had been stolen. Only one plate, one small bowl, one knife and a lid to a pot remained. Still garbage from the previous guests in the garbage can. No hairdryer and no chairs. Thin walls and can hear people talking in the next room. Close to the interstate so a lot of road noise but also close to the light rail line which was helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights and never had a maid come to our room for trash or bring fresh towels. Asked for a blanket for pull out bed 4 times, never got it. Deadbolt on our room was severely damaged and would not lock. Had to wedge a chair on door for safety. Entry door to building was difficult to open, My worst experience ever at a hotel. When I turned keys in, I was never ask how the stay was, but I told her all the above.

The place smelled of smoke while it advertised that is smoke free. When we enter the first suite one of the closet doors almost landed on my daughter's head. Good thing we caught the door on time. We asked for another suite so the staff was nice to find another room for us. However, the bed sheets were not changed as we found hair in our bed. The staff changed the bed sheets. We should have asked to be reimbursed for all the trouble that we had to go through. We do not recommend this place.
