Horrible shuttle service during the day. Always 30 to 45 minutes behind schedule... Long interval waiting periods even after informing front desk about airport arrival time. Only courteous and hospitable front desk staff was Alison, Christine, and Andrew. Always greeted by them, with smiles. At night, requested sheets, blanket, and pillow for sofa bed. Did not receive a fitted sheet and cover sheets had menstrual blood stains on them...did not see the stains until the morning. Also, the day shuttle driver, that was always late, had two customers (married couple) share the passenger seat next to him... Because they didn't want to wait for another late shuttle. Upon my arrival, I tried to repeatedly call the hotel about the late shuttle but no one answered at the front desk. After I arrived at the hotel, I was told the phones had stopped working and had to be reset. On a good note, both Joann and Scott, at the hotel restaurant, were exceptional and courteous.
