GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the whole space including the 2 car private garage. Guests will NOT have access to the studio apartment in the basement and a locked owners’ closet. No mailbox access. Deliveries are welcome and come to the door. This luxury home is centrally located in a perfect spot for accessing all of the downtown neighborhoods by foot or are a short Uber/scooter ride away. Both record 24/7. - A noise sensor located in the living room of our townhouse that measures decibel levels. - Smart locks installed on all exterior doors. Neighborhood: Curtis Park is known for its inclusivity. The home is located across the street from a day shelter where people can access services such as receiving mail and help finding employment.
