For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (15 x 30 m, depth 150 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 250 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Lift. 3-room apartment 60 m2, on the ground floor. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, CD-player, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm), fan. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm), fan. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Exit to the terrace. Bath/bidet/WC. Large terrace 35 m2, terrace roofed. Very well equipped, superb swimming pools, sea, shops, port and town center nearby. Very well maintained garden. Limit cleanliness of bed linen, duvets and blankets because of that I do not put excellent.
