Beautiful, comfortable house "Del Azahar". In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 8 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 800 m2, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, depth 90 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 7.4 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. 3-room house on the upper ground floor. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system, DVD, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Open kitchen (oven, microwave, freezer). Bath/shower. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, toller Ausblick, toller Pool, Ausstattung ist z.T. etwas angestoßen, zu kleine Dusche, aber wir würden das Haus wieder mieten. Vielleicht wäre es sinnvoll z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel etc. der Vormieter vor Ort zu belassen
