We spent 3 days at around New Years Eve in this hotel. Average in the rooms, the food. Staff is rare, you have to wait 20-30 mins for a drink at the bar for example. The neighbouring thermal bath is for an extra fee, not included in the price. Plus you have to walk there in your nightrobe or your normal clothes and get changed there. Not convenient at all. It was full house but no entertainment for the kids. For adults, one humorist and for New Years Eve some entertainment. But the advertised DJ music in a separate room, which was advertised, did not happen. We chose this hotel for that reason… Extremely overpriced for what you get.

Spacious, well equipped rooms which provide you with everything you'd need for some relaxation (jacuzzi, infrared sauna inside the suite). The hotel, the rooms and the restaurant are all crystal clean, not mentioning the variety and deliciousness of the food. The wellness area is nice to spend an afternoon in, having the opportunity to participate in some sauna seances, too. You can reach the neighbouring hot water pools with a short walk directly from the hotel, and you can also reach the Cave Bath quickly. The hotel is built on a hill, with a pleasant view from the suite, and at night if the weather is nice, the starry sky is spectacular as well due to low light pollution. The staff was very kind and polite, you could turn to them with nearly anything. The reservation was a breeze through the phone, we had the honour to speak with Kinga Bajzát to make our booking, and we were treated professionally and nicely. We'd recommend the hotel to anyone who is searching for a pleasant place to unwind and have some recreation.

This place was disappointing. Rude staff. They don’t want to speak English or at least try to. Dirty pools. Really poor for the price that we paid… “The cave baths” are not real caves as we originally thought. They are small and there is not much to do.
