奧鉑爾海濱水療大度假村(Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort & Spa)

Total desrespeito ao hóspedes resolveram reformar alguns quartos durante minha estadia fomos acordados logo de manhã com barulho ensurdecedor de, resumindo precisei ir descansar em outro hotel nem pra disponibilizar outro quarto foram capazes, reclamei pedi meu dinheiro de volta de pelo menos 1 diária e não me responderam até hoje

There can't be a better place to stay in the Delray/Boca area. From the spectacular facility - inside and out, to the direct access to a beautiful beach, the short walk to fine restaurants, and an easy shuttle ride to all that "the Avenue" has to offer, I don't know why anyone would stay anyplace else. My wife and I have stayed at the Opal (including when it was the Marriott) for at least eight years. I can't imagine why we'd even consider staying elsewhere. Did I mention the wonderful staff? At the pool, at the front desk, at the outdoor bar, at the restaurants.........................

1. Hotel does not clean rooms properly. Shower was not cleaned. Dirty sheets. I expected more since we paid $600 per night. 2. Lack of management. Management will not make it right if you have an issue. Poor leadership. 3. Dirty hallways. Carpets are not cleaned daily.

Opal Grand is perfect for families and or couple get aways. Pools are amazing .. we enjoyed the live music as kids played and adults sunbathed.. pools side waitresses were great along with pool guys who brought us too and set up perfect seats at the pool for us. Thank you ..Room was Very clean .. perfect view .. thank you to the maids who gave perfect service making sure our beds were always made in the morning and set up for bedtime in the evening along with candies laid out. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable

My wife and I love this hotel. We have stayed here many times. The Hotel and staff are first class. There is a great restaurant and several places to eat downstairs. There are also dozens of awesome restaurants nearby. We really liked the new rooftop bar, especially at sunset. The main pool is beautiful and kid friendly and we really enjoyed the live music on Saturday both at the pool and the downstairs bar. Of course, there is a pristine beach within a two-minute walk. Their in-house SPA is a real treat too. We'll be returning soon. P.S. We so enjoyed this location that we are now staying at several of their other Florida locations too. Highly recommend.

Beyond 5 Stars, The moment you pull up, the valet is waiting for you, welcoming you to the hotel. Michael at check it was amazing we came early, was able to have our room ready at 1pm. Complimentary glass of Champagne started this staycation just right. We went and enjoyed the beautiful pool ordered drinks and food. Sonia our server was super nice and always around for refills. Decided to have dinner at Drift ...Sonia was our server again sweet girl was working a double shift she told us. Food was amazing, the ambiance is fun and classy. We stayed in the King pool view room #375 balcony overlooking the pool and windows facing the ocean best of both worlds. Hotel is beautiful, clean, top notch. Not one bad thing to say. Will 100% be staying here again

Our experience at the Opal Grand was truly grand from booking until check out. The booking agent (I called) was so pleasant to work with. We were a group of 9 trying to get rooms together and they said they would do their best to make that work. We were all on the same floor and close to each other (amazing!) The rooms were clean, bright and exactly as promised/pictured. The grounds were beautiful and every staff member was truly SO kind. We did the beach one day and also did cabanas one day. This made the pool experience so relaxing as we did not have to worry about chairs/leaving for lunch, etc. We also ate at Drift which was delicious and so accommodating. I would 100% book another trip at the Opal Grand - their commi**ent to customer service is truly noted.

From start to finish what a fabulous stay. The level of service is that of a Ritz-Carlton hotel but even better. The room appoin**ents were perfect, the pool and stay spectacular. Every aspect of this stay was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to go back!!

EXCELLENT RESORT. IMPECCABLE SERVICE, COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN ROOMS. VERY WELCOME STAFF. GREAT LOCATION, IN FRONT OF THE BEACH.
