Food & services were excellent. The room too was well kept. It’s nothing fancy however very comfortable and clean

We found the location easily accessible, ambience was perfect and food was delicious and hospitality was good as expected. We enjoyed the stay.

We booked a short 3 stay and we were happy with our check in. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. There's no dining room but there's a room service for breakfast and lunch. We then had to extend our stay by 3 nights and the hotel accommodated us without an issue, this saved us the hassle of moving out and checking in somewhere else. Convenient location and close to a luxurious shopping mall.

The room quality is not worth the kind of money being paid, rooms are clean but not well maintained

Booked for 3 persons but there were only beds for two person then i asked they told me that we would provide extra mattress. When beds only for two persons in room. Why you are taking booking for three person.

Star for this hotel is location, many food joints, tea shops and uber / o la availability is v good in this location. Hotel food delivery time is v quick, food are decent and value for money. Hotel staffs are v polite and friendly. Scope for improvement on room maintenance, its quite old hotel, renovation of hotel might add more value to this property.

It’s a great location.. staff is well trained .. food is awesome.. only thing they need to work on is their room.. not maintained well … need repair n renovation I would say … Bedsheets are not that clean …

Nice experience, supportive staff, cleaning was also good, food is good. I just loved the way they smile while you enter

Overall it was a very good experience, staff is very sweet and flexible in terms of room service, luggage pickup, check-in & checkout. Had an amazing stay with this property and will surely visit and recommend to my friends and family.
