Excellent location but no WiFi and terrible network ! Staff was okay and the room just just average

The hotel staff were really good and the toilet was well maintained. My only complain is that the rooms were too close together so sound was coming from other rooms.

Food - Breakfast is included sure, but has an extremely limited menu and the quality of the same is also below average, not at par the positioning of the hotel Location - only good thing Facilities - Very poor. The plumbing and electrical is ancient. Tap knobs come off easily, limited sockets in the room and half of them don't work. Was a real struggle just charging the phone. Staff - they were helpful, sure and very polite. But efficiency was lacking. Overall, we were charged a little above INR 4000 per night and I have stayed in MUCH better properties in Delhi at the same or even lesser prices.

Loud noise from the AC or another source outside, which disturbed sleep. This could be checked and resolved.

very close to AIIMS, good location and good service. Staff is polite, food is good, the rooms were comfortable but has scope for improvement like reading lights etc.

The rooms were very old. Every aspect of the room, from the bed to the walls to the floors to the fittings, needs renovation. There is no sitting area or waiting area at reception. Breakfast is served in the room with limited options. Cleaniness is required. Wifi was also not working
