"Extremely disappointing experience" Organized a destination wedding at this venue, and it was marked by poor organization, complete mismanagement, and a shocking lack of professionalism. The event was chaotic from start to finish, with no proper coordination, delayed services, and a clear absence of accountability from the staff. Despite the premium pricing, there was no sense of customer satisfaction or value for money. Basic expectations for a wedding event were unmet, let alone the elevated standards one would expect from a destination venue. Would strongly caution future clients to reconsider before booking this place. A special occasion deserves better handling and respect than what was experienced here.

I checked out from the hotel yesterday; I was attending a wedding. Great resort for wedding great place and very helpful staff Specially thanks to Niyasha from front office she is such a great employee really no words for her. because she was extremely helpful and helped us,.I'm very grateful to her..tasty food Good room's Seriously everything was too good U just need to try it..

The hotel ambience is good ,the staff of the hotel is also very humble.I like the services , specially Divya Mam (front office) having very polite nature and she is very good at her job ,The food of the hotel is quite good ,I always love to visit at hotel. Overall I prefer to go hotel and having a 2-3 days stay over there

I had a truly experience during my stay at hotel and i would especially like to appreciate Ms. Divya kanyal at the front office .from the moment I arrived she greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Divya was always polite professional and extremely helpful throughout my stay . I wish her all the best in her career

The hotel was good. Restaurant food was also good. The hotel was clean. It is on highway. Service was nice
