很晚去還是被熱情接待給了個舒適的房間,很感謝當天的前台美女。這家賓館還是相對喜歡的。晚去有好房間,早訂就給協議10平方副樓的房間嘿嘿😁

酒店不錯,窗外可以看到教堂,聽到鐘聲。出門右轉路口的餐廳很美味。本來在鹿特丹,感覺不對臨時過來代爾夫特這個小鎮,非常舒適,推薦!

Très bon emplacement le long d'un canal. Chambre spacieuse au 3 e étage. Escalier très étroit pour y accéder. Deux des trois jours sans eau chaude. Et la chambre n'avait pas été refaite un des deux jours... Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Pas très commercial de devoir payer 5 € par chambre pour qu'ils gardent nos bagages pendant une heure le temps qu'on récupère les voitures garées à 2 kms!

We hadden dat hotel gereserveerd om dat we in een restaurant a.d. overkant een feestje hadden. Zonder opgaaf van reden werden we naar een dependance gebracht. Leek niet op een hotelkamer, maar meer een studentenkamer. Wel schoon, wel een goed bed, wel uitzicht maar niet iets wat je van een hotelkamer verwacht...en leek ook niet op de foto's vd website....maar prima voor die ene nacht.

Favoured by Dutch travellers, the hotel is in a prime location for wandering around Delft. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast, albeit only continental, was ample and offered good variety. Our room was the garden room… its not in the main hotel but in an adjacent building which on wandering through, they seem to be in two minds about turning into a private residence or extension to the hotel, it’s still part under construction and decoration and the garden room is… a brick shed which they’ve done their best to turn into a nice room… and failed. It is very overlooked by other properties, although functional and almost comfortable, it needed a better clean, had no tea/coffee facility, despite having internet in the room, it didn’t work, and the door had had glass panels removed and replaced with wood, which didn’t fit properly, so there are bits of toilet paper stuffed in the holes… really? Yes. I’m afraid so. I suspect that the main hotel rooms are not the same, but I am afraid I would certainly not stay in the garden room again. The greatest selling point is the location, but sadly, despite the commendable effort of the member of staff who was there almost all the time, that’s where it really ends…

運河邊的好地方。工作人員在辦理入住時非常樂於助人,早餐時也非常友好和樂於助人。房間很大但是很普通。停車有問題,選擇放下行李並將車停在中心外的住宅區。步行穿過小鎮非常愉快,還可以節省 60 歐元,因為您必須在機器上支付日費。停車機只接受 Maestro,無論如何也不接受我的簽證或萬事達卡。

Een mooi en kleinschalig hotel. De mensen waren heel klantvriendelijk. Hotelkamer was harstikke goed . Mooi ruim en netjes . Zeker een aanrader als je het prachtige Delft wilt bezoeken , je zit midden in het centrum. Ontbijt was ook lekker en heel verzorgd .

一間非常乾淨的大公寓,設施齊全,床很大。運河美景盡收眼底,到處都是不錯的酒吧和美食。雖然通往它的樓梯不適合膽小的人。我們是自助式的,充分利用了公寓優良的設施。

Ampio appartamento con bellissima vista sul canale e grandissima finestra. Posizione comoda centrale. Tuttavia pulizia e servizio non sono adeguati, al panorama, già entrando nel vano scala che conduce all’app.to c’è un cattivo odore. In camera da letto le lenzuola erano due singoli malmessi con capelli . L’affaccio della camera da letto è in una chiostrina interna, piuttosto sporca. La cucina ampia ma non ben pulita. Gli asciugamani in bagno molto ruvidi, mancava sapone x 2. In cucina poche stoviglie essenziali un po’ vecchie. Anche la Rete letto a molla non comoda. Colazione buona. Vorrei dire al gestore che può fare meglio.

De kamer was in een dependance, twee hoog met zeer steile trappen. De kamer was smerig, de bedden niet schoon. Ik was er vies van. Maar na een reis van 2.5 uur en een onverschillige ontvangst pik je het maar. Ligging van het echte hotel is goed. Ontbijt prima

Please beware of this hotel. It looks lovely from the photos and from the outside, but once inside, it is a completely different story. My husband booked it for one night as a surprise for my birthday. He was made to pay in full beforehand. The room was described as 'deluxe with a view'. We arrived late afternoon, after some days in Amsterdam, to find no-one in reception. A girl rushed in from the street when she saw us. She started to check us in, but then took a phone call which lasted several minutes. When my husband interrupted her, to ask whether we could please carry on checking in, she carried on with the call, hardly being able to speak any English. She then asked whether we wanted breakfast, which was laid out in reception with very cheap-looking cafe-style machines for the cereal etc. Believing that he had paid for breakfast with the room, my husband reluctantly then had to pay a large amount for this. We were then shown to our room. Not only was our room not in the hotel itself, but in a building next door, but the 'deluxe room with a view' turned out to be a cabin-type building out at the back behind a small grimy courtyard. The room was the size of a king-sized bed plus a little on each side, with a very simple en-suite shower room next to it, with a plastic shower curtain which looked as though it had just been bought from a cheap pound shop. The window had been covered with a plastic stick-on sheet, in order to obscure the awful view of a concrete courtyard, and to get to this room, we had needed to walk through another room which was still under construction, with builders materials laid out ! After finding somewhere to eat, we returned to the hotel at 9.30pm, understanding that reception closed at 10pm. We were just asking the same receptionist whether we could speak to 'management' (she said that there was no management) and what we did after 10pm should we need someone (she mentioned a phone number we could ring), when a couple with young children (clearly the owners) burst through the door, having been away themselves. The women went behind the counter with the receptionist, but despite us asking what was going on, and why we had been given such an appalling room, no-one would speak to us ! We left to go back to the room, collected our bags and were forced to walk round Delft until we found another more suitable hotel, this time a genuine one, which we did, at 10.30pm. Our attempt to get a refund for the room fell on deaf ears, although through *********** we did get the breakfast refunded. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. We wish we had read the Trip Advisor reviews beforehand, as many other people have said the same things as us.

We booked our stay for June 2025, in January 2025 based on it being an air conditioned room Their website and all reservation services state that their rooms are air conditioned. Upon arrival the registration desk stated that they had no air conditioned rooms and had not had them for some time. We cancelled the remaining dates on our stay and found another location.

The hotel was very clean, our room was nice and big which was a treat. The bedding was fluffy and comfortable as well. The staff were really very welcoming and friendly offering us complementary coffee etc.I would definitely stay there again.
