Property was fine room was nice and big just a little on the older side. We just needed it to sleep and shower and worked great for that.

This is the second stay at this property. The first was outstanding, but the room we were given this time was showing its age and wear. Rust stain in the bathtub, chips in the bathtub porcelain. The telephone needed to be replaced as it had a "message" light flashing even though there was no message. It had to be covered with a towel in order to sleep through it. There were some marks on the wall, and one of the blackout drape pull rods was missing. Probably would have tried somewhere else if this had been the first room we had stayed in at this property. And the not-as-nice room cost a bit more than the first one. It just needs to be refreshed a bit.

We really liked the location and the property exceeded our expectations. The only thing I suggest is that when guests are staying 4 days/3 nights, they get at least 1 towel change and quick cleaning. Everything else was great!

Friendly, courteous staff, rooms clean & well maintained. Great location...walking idistance to shops, restaurants of Delaware and Ohio Wesleyan University.

Clean and friendly staff, good service reasonable price and the fact it was not a chain which is a plus for many.

Toilet paper holder was not operable, so you have to hold the roll of paper in your hands. Mattress was noisy. Lights over sink were akin to searchlights. Entire property is very basic and dated. Staff were pleasant. Complimentary “breakfast” of packaged rolls and banana.
