Pool was freezing , was suppose to get a king room two nights in a row still ended up in a double queen. When we booked a king and paid for a king.

Pool hours were posted 9-8 daily, went down to pool at 8:53 and they said it was closed. I asked if it was open at 9, and they said, No closed. No reason given. We had been swimming the previous evening and everything was fine.

Everything was broken.. my side lamps didn't work, the phone didn't work
Breakfast was nice my child enjoyed the pool but the hours that the pool opens and closes kind of stinks

LOUD LOUD LOUD. Couldn’t get to sleep at all due to guests slamming doors, talking in hallway, very noisy water and sewer pipes, and the jacuzzi tub above my room sounded like a helicopter all night. If you can sleep to noise, it’s the right place for you. Being ear plugs if your adventurous.
Also, no elevator. Be prepared to haul all your luggage upstairs.

Decent property for the price. Can tell they’ve tried to update it but other areas weren’t. Room was clean but bathroom could’ve used a little more work.

The room had a strong chemical smell from cleaning that didn’t go away. The tub was cracked and pinched the foot when taking a shower. The bed was comfortable and there was an included breakfast. If you stay there stick to the waffles or toast.

We stay at this hotel every 6 months when we fly into town to see my family. It’s a nice property right off a main road and has many food/shopping options near by. They also allow our puppy which is a huge plus!
