Booked this room for my mother to stay at for my wedding. They said there were large stains all over the room, not so happy with paying over 200 a night for a dirty room.

On 3rd floor. Went to take luggage and personal items to the car…had to carry everything down the stairs because elevator wasn’t working. Told manager and she put an “out of order” sign up.

Staff could have been nicer. Making making breakfast was wonderful everyone else was less than ok.

A nice clean place to stay. Good parking with a very well lit parking lot. Lots of kids in the pool area, and running the halls, so not quiet.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast! Best stay out of many hotel stops.

The employee was new so I think it was a legitimate mistake…he had 2 customers with same first name and so he transposed wrong information in the computer and put my credit card on the wrong room. Unfortunately I had reservations for a king bed and the room I got had 2 queens. As for as cleanliness …the rooms had been recently remodeled but bathtub was already full of mold in the caulking!!!

The property appeared to be older but was being refurbished. Looked like they recently did a lot of painting. Pool looked very nice although we weren't able to use it. It had very easy access to the expressway and was close to a large outlet mall.

We only stopped for the one night. Everything was wonderful. Easy check in, comfy beds, and delicious breakfast in the morning. Staff were all very friendly too.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The Tanger Outlet Mall was literally 5 min drive, which was great. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom wall which needed to be scraped and painted. Also there were no hooks in the bathroom. The breakfast food was ok.
