First got to room there was a bug on bed, only one towel we had to go ask for more only thing no one was ever at front desk, ice machine did not work first day, refrigerator was loud, one tiny bottle of shampoo mind you there was 2 adults 2 teenagers,we were in pool and got told not to get the floor wet!!! Like really it’s a pool they had plants in there which I guess was the reason but who puts plants in pool area when you know there’s gonna be splashes. The beds were sunken in and pillows were almost flat. I don’t think we’ll be back most definitely not an 8 star. I would rate a 4.

Worst experience of any hotel ever The power went out because of a storm. No one was at the front desk when we returned to the hotel and power outage. They didn’t have a generator, safety lights to even see our way to our room. No water, so couldn’t shower, use the toilet or brush our teeth. No bottle water offer. No one in the morning after 5 hrs of being there trying to sleep without air. Refused to refund me money.

We were three people and the sofa bed was not ready when we checked in, there were no blankets for the extra sofa bed, so we all sleep in one big bed.

Not great Would not recommend. No parking, unclean, clutter in the halls, no amenities.

You can tell there was a lot of thought that was put into the remodeling of the property. Very well done. The management was there to please.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise. My room was next to the stairs and I could hear thuds every time someone went up or down. It was very annoying. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.
