You will be within very close walking distance to both Downtown DeLand's dining, shopping, and year-round events as well as Stetson University. This cozy cottage was built in 1916 and although the home has kept it's charming historical integrity, it's been renovated with relaxing coastal finishes. The upstairs master bedroom features a King, guest room has two Twin-XL beds, plus two air mattresses are available for an additional fee. Both bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs. Guests will enjoy a BBQ grill, free wi-fi internet, Hulu and Netflix, washer & dryer, and two tandem parking spaces in the driveway with additional parking across the street.
