This separate space is the perfect solution for either teens, in-laws, or couples - allowing for private space - yet connection to the main house via the patio - all behind the locked gate. The Guest house has a mini-fridge, it's own en-suite bath with shower/tub and in the sleeping area has a Flat Screen TV and a great reading chair, dresser and book shelf.The very large living room with its abundant windows provides views to the ocean. There is a large dining table in this room to either gather to play games, do a little work or eat a meal.The newly renovated kitchen/great room has a sliding glass door out to an ocean side deck, a large flat screen TV in the sitting area, full sized washer/dryers behind a pocket door, all new top of the line appliances, a large island with seating and great views of the ocean.Each of the three full bathrooms have also been completed remodeled with all new plumbing, cabinets, flooring, lighting. The bathrooms are roomy, bright, modern and VERY functional.There is also a powder room right off the main entrance in what used to be a small closet.There is ample parking at the top of the driveway as well as a several spots along the 17 mile drive, which belong to this property exclusively.
