Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. Lots of choices for breakfast! We were assigned king w/jacuzzi, bed was comfortable and the room were spacious.Good relaxing break! Friendly, welcoming staff, very good location. Overall an enjoyable stay. The hotel is old and could do with some renovation, but it seems like this issue is being addressed.”

The website totally misrepresents the hotel. My room showed many signs of serious aging and neglect and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The room was clean, but not at all inviting. The room had one small bottle of shampoo that was already half empty - clearly had not been restocked since the last guest. It was not even enough to wash my hair. I could also hear EVERY WORD from the occupants in the room next to mine. I could smell their food. It was impossible to sleep or work. I will not return and advise others to reconsider. This Inn has fallen on hard times for sure.
We were supposed to stay for a week, but checked out after the first night. Upon arrival at 5p (check in starts at 4p), we found a lobby full of waiting guests and were told that rooms were not ready yet. 2 hours later, we were finally checked in - at 7pm! The lobby still had at least 4 more families still waiting. The staff offered a measly ”sorry for the wait” but that was about it. No one was offered water or anything to drink, nothing to eat, etc while we waited for hours. In fact, one of the staff began complaining to her co-worker that she was going to quit the evening shift because she's tired of the guests being impatient and not understanding. Like WE were the problem. Hilton members who had used the app to check in were no exception. Still had to wait like everyone else. And nothing offered as compensation. When we finally did get to our room, it was pretty bad. The hotel is old and outdated, with stained carpet throughout the hallways, chipped furniture, dirty A/C units and gross bathrooms. Our room had a very strong, pungent smell of pinesol, lysol, and mold/mildew. It was so strong that both of us in the room got headaches after about an hour. Mine turned into a migraine. By morning, I was also stuffy and congested, mist likely from the mold they are obviously trying to mask with this disinfectant smell. Because we got into our room so late and many hotels in the area were unavailable, we stayed this first night but I had already booked another hotel for the rest of the week and we left by 7am. I went to the front desk to check out but no one was there & we had somewhere to be in the morning so I couldn't wait around. I decided I'd check out on the app and we left. The app wouldn't allow the check out since we were leaving 6 days early, so I tried calling the front desk. It went to voicemail so I left a message with my name, room number and the reasons we were checking out. I called 2 additional times that morning, both went to voicemail. After not hearing from anyone, I began dealing with Hilton customer service. It took Hilton 2 additional DAYS to reach someone and after leaving on Sunday, I finally received a receipt on Tuesday evening showing I had checked out 2 days prior. Still never heard from a live person from the hotel. This was an awful experience. We were there for 12 hours and were miserable every second of it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
訪訪客用戶Don’t let pictures of the outside fool you! After reading many reviews I took a chance on this place and I’m glad I did! The outside is nothing special but the inside is top tier. The lobby is nice, and the room was excellent! Everything was clean. The shower was updated to a walk in glass shower that looked brand new. The water was hot. There was a refrigerator and when I called the front desk about a microwave they brought one to my room, no problem! The A/C worked perfectly and the beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Again, clean! Never saw a bug or anything you may be worried about staying in a lower end hotel. The only thing I’d say be prepared for is they require a $100 deposit. I wasn’t aware of that until check in. But you’ll get it back within a few days of checking out.
If you need an affordable, & clean place to stay. This is it.
Oh, and there’s a package store within walking distance for those of us who like an adult beverage to end our day. ;)
訪訪客We recently stayed at Evergreen and were misled as to pricing and what is worse, management refuses to follow up after several attempts to reach out and solve this prior to social media. We booked a room over Mother's Day weekend. I have screenshots where my total was $234 including fees and taxes. We booked the Mother's Day package which ”includes daily breakfast dining credit for 4 at Waterside restauarant...”. To everyone I've shown, this indicates breakfast is included. Again, I have screenshots. We were charged $267 and change for the room and $67 and change for breakfast. I contacted the front desk who was not helpful. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to email my screenshots which I did. No response. I filled out the survey and received a generic ”we will get back to you about your concerns”. The stay was May 13 and this is now June 25 and I have still had no contact even after replying to the email as a follow up and to them via private message on instagram. Very unhappy and have been more than patient.
