我在德赫拉敦的費爾菲爾德萬豪酒店度過了大約6天,因爲我在這裏從事研究工作。工作人員非常有禮貌,關注我最小的需求。從入住的工作人員到廚房,到家政服務,每個人都確保一切都做得很好,每一個需求都得到了滿足。自助早餐已經很棒了,所有的品種加上出色的廚師和服務工作人員個性化的菜餚和照顧你使酒店真正溫暖人心。阿比納夫是一位很棒的蘇廚師,他確保特別製作和帶一些物品從菜單上,甚至沒有問,因爲我前一天要求它沒有。服務工作人員的Manoj每次在餐廳迎接我,並確保我擁有我需要的一切和更多。他會推薦我可以和應該採取什麼,即使我無法想象我需要的任何東西。每天早上,他都很親切地給我打包了一些外賣水果和熱巧克力,以度過我漫長的工作日。最後一天,我得到了由廚師Abhinav,Naveen和工作人員Priyanshu組織的告別招待。工作人員的小手勢超出了我的期望。在該地區我一定會再次入住這裏,也強烈推薦這個地方短暫和更長的住宿,因爲考慮到服務和熱情好客,價格相當體面,與山區的5-star價格相比,價格是誇大的。

The hotel is just opposite to the Dehradun Railway Station. Some part of it is still under construction. But, from stay perspective, it is ready. We visited and stayed here on our way to a Himalayan Trek. The overall experience was good. The check-in was pretty smooth. Being a new hotel, everything appears and feels new. The room was good with bright colors. Room size was decent. It had a small balcony. The bathroom was neat & clean. The bedding was of good quality. The room had all required amenities. We were family of 3 and hence required additional bed. It was provided immediately on request. The portable bed was also of good quality. The hotel has a small restaurant as well. However, it was priced on a bit higher side. The food items we requested had different portions and when we enquired about it, they did not bother to check and correct it. The food taste was good though. Overall, it's a nice little hotel good for short stay near the railway station.

The front desk staff was quite courteous and helpful. Room was well done-up and provided with all amenities including toiletries and even an electric iron, tea kettle and 2 bottles of mineral water. Staff was well behaved and polite. Even during our complimentary breakfast, restaurant staff was quite caring and whatever we asked for, they served us. The quality of food was good. Overall, our impression was good about the property.

優點:是4星級的物業。食物很好。酒店保持了。成本明智偉大的選擇。缺點:位置很遠。在saharanpur路上是dehradun的盡頭。到鐘樓30分鐘。房間沒有景色,甚至沒有溢價。

BbackyardexplauraHolywater is just up the road from the Ganga Kinare Hotel with which it is affiliated. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights here: balcony room, Aircon, nice bathroom with amenities, comfortable bed and pillows. The restaurant serves exquisite meals, served by very capable waiters. We utilised the facilities offered by the Ganga Kinare Hotel also, including an intimate evening aarti. Friendly front of house staff and attentive housekeeping staff also. Many thanks to all.

Its one of finest hotel in Mussoorie. The ambience, hospitality, food and services are commendable. The staff are well behaved and helping. I particularly appreciate Ms Priya Gupta for her cordial hospitality and caring services.. she has taken care of us and made our stay wonderful.

staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness.
room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards.
property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months.
food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced.
each staff is very polite & humble.
property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill.
property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.

From the Check In at the front desk, courtesy and speed displayed, to the very neat room, and the upkeep of the resort surroundings ,it was impressive. Any requirements were promptly addressed. The Sous Chef with his staff took care of us with great courtesy and promptness. The serving staff made us feel as if we were very special and.family. LOVELY ONE WEEK WE SPENT.

訪訪客用戶We called twice to see if the restaurant was open for dinner, no reply. We turned up, ordered from an external menu and were told the wait was 20 minutes. We waited 2 hours. Everytime we asked for an ETA we were told 5 minutes. The rooms had no instruction booklets so our group of 6 families had no idea they had to turn the water switch on for hot water. It was so loud and there is no soundproofing. I asked at check in for breakfast the following day at 7.30am. It was not ready. I went to reception and they advised it would be. I went back up at 7.40 and was told to wait 10 more minutes. They say they can speak English but this is not true. Thankfully my aunty spoke Hindi otherwise there was no way to communicate with the receptionist. I would not come back at all nor would I recommend this place.

訪訪客用戶One of the best hotels near Dehradun Airport is Padmini Palace. I stayed there for a two-day business trip, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw away from the airport. The ambiance of the property was exceptional. I highly recommend booking a stay here if you're looking for accommodations in Dehradun and proximity to the airport is a priority. They also offer additional amenities like a gym, restaurant, and bar. Thank you, Padmini Palace, for the warm accommodation.

訪訪客用戶I recently stayed at EllBee in Mussoorie, and I had a wonderful experience. The location of this hotel is it's biggest USP. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is excellent. The valley view rooms are excellent for night time views. Nice buffet breakfast and convenient location for strolling on Mall Road. I would definitely recommend EllBee to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Mussoorie. It is a comfortable, well-run hotel with excellent service.

THE ROOMS ARE MADE OF WOOD AND VIEWS ARE BREATHTAKING. THE SERVICE AND HELP WERE PRETTY GOOD. EVEN THE ROOMS AT THAT RATE WERE UNBELIEVEABLE. THE WASHROOMS ARE QUITE BIG AND BALCONIES HAVE THEIR WAY THROUGH THE WASHROOM.
