訪訪客用戶one of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away.
staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness.
room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards.
property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months.
food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced.
each staff is very polite & humble.
property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill.
property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.
We had a great stay at the Tree of Life Highlands at Mussoorie. It was a peaceful stay, accompanied by quiet ambience, friendly staff, good food, and comfortable lodgings. What we liked: 1. Given the low occupancy, they upgraded our room to a room with balcony. We greatly appreciate that gesture. 2. They initiated contact through email soon after booking, and asked for additional information, while also sharing route details to reach the resort. We appreciate the follow up and communication. 3. We were self-driving to reach their place. They anticipated that we would face difficulty, and called us while we were on our way. When we neared the resort, they got into a video call with us and guided us to their location. Hats off! 4. The room was comfortably furnished, with good quality materials. Drinking water was available in copper bottles. Hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were also kept in steel containers. Appreciate their eco friendly approach to minimizing single use plastic. 5. The views were great. The ambience was quiet. This made for a relaxing stay. 6. They had a well stocked library. We enjoyed reading the books in the room and the common areas. It was a great way to unwind. 7. The tables in the common area had board games. It was a great way to spend time with family and disconnect from the screens. 8. Food at their restaurant was tasty and freshly prepared. 9. The day after we reached, they cleaned our car. Great gesture after a road-trip to reach there. 10. Wifi was functional and allowed getting some work done during the stay. Special thanks to restaurant staff, Sandeep, Virendar, Sagar, chef Jagadish, for their food preparation and personalized service. Thanks to front-desk staff Ashish, Ashwini and Dinesh. Thanks to Tulsi for cleaning our car. What we didn't like as much? 1. The approach road is narrow. That was one of the factors why we decided to stay put at the resort the entire time. Overall, we liked our break from the grinding routine, and it made for a relaxing stay to unwind and connect with our inner self and family.
Upon check in, I was greeted by a very kind woman with prayer beads and pujas (a prayer). Being a tourist in india for the first time as a solo visitor, everyone on the staff made me feel like family. I tried to learn Hindi prior to my trip, but it was difficult. I spoke what I could and the staff was nothing if not helpful. They helped me with the few words I knew and never made me feel unwelcome, in fact, they helped me with my Hindi and also spoke to me in English when needed. The Vaar restaurant connected to the hotel served the best breakfast I have ever had in my life, not to mention that the Tali dinner curated with foods from temples around India was superb to say the least. For breakfast get the Sambar or Chola Batura, you won’t regret it. The best part of staying here as a foreigner is that when I was there, I was the only one. The people were curious, and me being shy, I was able to meet people in an intimate environment, and through that was blessed to learn about India from people all over the country. Additionally I sampled the spa witb a deep tissue massage, as this type of self care is rare for me to take advantage of, I am glad that I did. The prices were fair, the quality of service was top tear, then you finish off in the steam room, and for me personally a dip in Ganga at their sister hotel’s private Ghat across the street. Lastly, it is wonderful to also have access to their sister property’s amenities free of charge. I look forward to telling everyone I know to stay here if they are in Rishikesh, and God willing, if I am blessed enough to return to India one day, I look forward to staying with Holywater and its staff again.
We had a two days at sterling mussoorie everything is fine from check in to check out the staff is great from reception to restaurant the ambience of the property is very nice only thing is the way from mall road is bit narrow. Rest evrything is fine and enjoyable definitely we will come back 😊

The ambiance of the property was exceptional. I highly recommend booking a stay here if you're looking for accommodations in Dehradun and proximity to the airport is a priority. They also offer additional amenities like a gym, restaurant, and bar. Thank you, Padmini Palace, for the warm accommodation.

Everytime we asked for an ETA we were told 5 minutes. The rooms had no instruction booklets so our group of 6 families had no idea they had to turn the water switch on for hot water. It was so loud and there is no soundproofing. I asked at check in for breakfast the following day at 7.30am. It was not ready. I went to reception and they advised it would be. I went back up at 7.40 and was told to wait 10 more minutes. They say they can speak English but this is not true. Thankfully my aunty spoke Hindi otherwise there was no way to communicate with the receptionist. I would not come back at all nor would I recommend this place.
訪訪客We stayed in Hotel Lemarq for 3 nights around 12 Jun and really enjoyed it. You are surely going to love your stay here. Pros: The location, hospitality, cleanliness and food quality is just superb! Cons: No indoor games available for kids.
