Overall had a good experience at sterling marbella. Nice hospitality, efficient and attentive staff. Room options are available based on your budget. Food was also gud. In this price range it's a decent option to stay.

Excellent hospitality by chef Naveen and Kishan.. They took special care regarding food as we required Jain food.. I must appreciate their sincerity and efforts.. Congratulations to Hyatt Centric for having such good employees.. I wish them all luck

The hotel is just opposite to the Dehradun Railway Station. Some part of it is still under construction. But, from stay perspective, it is ready. We visited and stayed here on our way to a Himalayan Trek. The overall experience was good. The check-in was pretty smooth. Being a new hotel, everything appears and feels new. The room was good with bright colors. Room size was decent. It had a small balcony. The bathroom was neat & clean. The bedding was of good quality. The room had all required amenities. We were family of 3 and hence required additional bed. It was provided immediately on request. The portable bed was also of good quality. The hotel has a small restaurant as well. However, it was priced on a bit higher side. The food items we requested had different portions and when we enquired about it, they did not bother to check and correct it. The food taste was good though. Overall, it's a nice little hotel good for short stay near the railway station.

The hotel resolved any issues we had to which we are grateful for and kanaya at the reception provided excellent customer service we have stayed at this hotel before and will certainly choose Ramada Dheradun again.

Booked this room as a Sterling member and stayed for 2 nights. Got a room in the mid level with a great view. There are atleast 40-120 steps to reach rooms. The lobby was very spacious and had great outdoor views. The Wi-Fi was decent. The reception staff was very helpful at all times. The dinner a la carte was excellent. Rooms had microwave small kitchenette and fridge. There was a small balcony too. Rooms were well maintained and toiletries supplied was decent. It is spread across and has lot of parking. The room service was round the clock and quite prompt. Will surely visit again.
