I didn’t like the greeting I received as a Hispanic man come in! I felt they looked down on me until I put out my “American Express!” Plus, the Bathroom is to small.

Clean and convenient with a decent complimentary breakfast. Everything you need for a quick one night stay!

Clean and comfortable with helpful efficent staff in a convenient location for our cross-country travel.

This makes the second year I have chose this location. I use this location for my wrestling team that travels to a nearby tournament. They are always friendly and accommodating. I will continue to use them every year!

Very under staffed, Breakfast was terrible No coffee creamer no hot water for tea No pancake mix No sugar Tv did not work staff did NOT fix it while we were gone for the day. Soap at sink was broken Bathroom not very clean Lighting in the room was poor Definitely NOT as nice as last year

Phone and television did not work in room. Advised front desk and had to threaten to check out before he found another room with working devices.

Stayed here just overnight for convention and customer service has always been great and understanding. This stay was a little odd since the last stays, as theu TV did not work or the telephone. Front desk was very apologetic, but it was not able to be fixed during this stay.

Bed was clean. Room could be cleaned better. Lots of diet, spider webs in corners. Coffee is horrible. Weak as can be and you could see through to the bottom of the cup. Could make stronger please!

The receptionist seemed under stress because she used foul language, very unprofessional. She did not correct the loud children in the hallways at midnight and did not answer the phone when I called to complain about too much noise in the hallways.
