The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

Great location with a private beach, clean and updated rooms, excellent breakfast buffet
Quel beau site avec des chambres magnifiques. La plage est très agréable avec des douches et transats. A taille humaine sans être un énorme building. Que 2 étages, des bungalows de luxe. On y mets le prix mais on n’est pas déçu. Le restaurant offre du choix et le spa n’est pas surbooké pour un moment de détente.

Красивый уютный отель. Здорово он не большой а из двухэтажных домиов. поэтому не так шумно и многолюдно. Мы получили красивые большие комнаты с личным балконом с бассейном с видом на мертвое море. Это было круто! Вышли очень красивые фото. И можно было купатся и ночью в личном бассейне)) в больших отелях такого не встречала. У отеля свой собственный пляж мертвого моря что очень удобно. Так же есть горячие ссерные басейны, большой бассейн, сауна, массажи. Очень уютно и комфортно.

We had actually booked the newly renovated Hod Herbert Samuel. We were travelling with my 87 years old mom in a wheelchair and blind father, 91 years old. Before booking we went to the hotel and were told that it is 100% Handicapped accessible. We arrived late on Saturday and had to wait until 18:30 to see the accessible room. it was 100% NOT accessible! I do not understand why they would write that it is. We were then transferred to the Milos easily, but unfortunately not to our benefit. There is some nice staff, Eliza from the reception and Luis, the life guard. BUT: we arrived to the rooms, no towels. No soap. no cleaning for the stay of two nights, overall appearance not very inviting. Dining room experience: Where does this Hotel get the stars from?? We could not sit where we wanted, meat thrown on the plate by someone who was on his phone, not once asked if we wanted to drink something else then the provided tap water, taste of food mediocre, surely not worth a star. Had I known that we would have such an experience I would never have accepted the tranfer to this Hotel.

L hôtel de style grec est situé dans la partie touristique de la mer morte Point positif : - suite assez grande avec grande terrasse et petite piscine privée - accès direct à la plage derrière l hotel avec transat et partie ombragée Point négatif : - chambre très salle et meubles usagés - personnels du bar très désagréable et non professionnel : il faut se déplacer pour aller chercher un verre , pas de sourire ni merci ni bonjour - accueil non professionnel - petit déjeuner insipide - l eau de la piscine collective est trouble - tres cher par rapport à la propreté et l accueil du personnel de cet hôtel

let’s start with the good point : The view from the terrace was nice. But, we were disappointed by many important points during our stay especially regarding the price we paid : The unbearable dirt everywhere It was just disgusting, it was dirty in the rooms, in the common areas, on the beach… The terrace of our room: the deck was dirty, the pillow chairs were literally covered in bird poop and even chewing gums from previous guests… It was impossible to sit and really disgusting. The table was also full of bird poop and never cleaned once during our stay. The beach umbrella was over the floor and was never put back on its feet during our stay. Only on our last day, the cleaning staff asked us if we wanted it upright. The ashtray was also never cleaned and emptied. The room was slightly better but the curtains were disgusting and full of stains and there was mold in the shower. The basin in the bathroom was stuck with disgusting stuff in it The staff didn’t even clean the first day… we had to ask the second day for them to come. And when we said that at the reception desk, the lady was obviously not chocked.. As it is totally normal not to have any cleaning at all… —> I have attached some pictures (out of many more)… There even was a chewing gum on the deckchair on the terrace of the room… —> The cleaning staff is clearly lacking training and oversight. - The common area were not better. The chairs outside the restaurant were also really full of bird poop and multiple stains as if they were never cleaned. The beach should be cleaned several times a day as some guests, who probably felt that the hotel was already so dirty that they could not careless and littered their snacks and empty bottle on the beach. This is honestly a disgrace as the beach could be beautiful. The beach chairs are old, over-used, broken for most of them and also dirty. The worst service ever - For lunch, we ask to have some food and asked what were the option. We had then, the most out of reality conversation with the staff. The lady showed us a menu (apparently she couldn’t remember 3 dishes). We asked what was in one dish or another… she was just completely unable to give us this basic information.. she had to ask to the 7 or 8 other staff members that were there, hanging around, just doing nothing… She came back and forth to them and to us.. trying to translate in English really basic words… With a very thin information, we decided to take one sandwich and one salad.. we went outside in order to seat in such disgusting chairs full of bird pooh.… And after making us waist 45 minutes of our time, we just were told, in the end, that in fact, due to Pessah, there was nothing left in the kitchen and we couldn’t have anything to eat… are you serious??? How is it possible that the staff is not aware and do not let us know this information when we came to them??? Why did they have to make us loose 45 minutes of our time? Also how is it possible that there is NOTHIN

Très bel hôtel à taille humaine Localisation et plage privée magnifique et très calme Piscine très bruyante avec une population sans éducation qui ne respecte ni les gens autours d eux ni les alentours de la piscine en laissant leurs détritus partout
