Running out of acceptable places to stay - the more convenient establishment up the road was $120 per nite, I knew that place was becoming an increasingly bad place to stay from my last trip through the area, so $50something per nite seemed more reasonable, just needed a place to sleep. They have done some improvements, it appeared as tho there was new carpeting, some bathroom renovations since the last time i was there, however the cleaning staff needs to put their glasses on, or something, because it just isn’t clean, had to fight with the remote to get the TV turned on so i didn’t have to hear the neighbors on either side, That window seat had stains of unknown origin, and, i always bring my own sheet to sleep between, i know how clean mine are, theirs have seen way better days. They say no smoking but that certainly occurs there, and it isn’t just tobacco. It was good enough coffee so i didn’t require stopping somewhere else, would not even look for “breakfast” there, and it is a quick jump to the thruway from the establishment.
This hotel and its staff came through for our group when we had to relocate to another venue. They gave us a great event venue at a good price on short notice. They were able to accommodate us for all of our needs. We will definitely return here for any other events we might have in the future. NYGO
Beds had been made, but not changed, and there was human hair in the beds. Tub was filthy and clogged. Carpet was so dirty that walking on it barefoot turned our feet black! There was a dead, dried rose laying on the floor next to the bed. Dirtiest room we've ever stayed in!

訪訪客用戶Newly updated interior of room, fresh paint, new flooring, updated bathroom fixtures. Very comfortable bed and fresh linens. Breakfast included was well stocked with many options. Would 10/10 recommend.
In my opinion, there is not a whole lot on which to recommend this hotel to anyone, except for the friendliness of the staff. I expect more from a Holiday Inn. If I had paid around $100 a night, I might have just chalked it up to being a low range hotel, but I paid more than double that amount based on the name brand and the reviews. The hotel is really not well maintained. Little things that you would never see in a hotel chain like Hilton or Sheraton but would expect at Days Inn or Super 8. For instance, the lights in the room were older wooden ones that were scratched and scuffed. They had outlets in them, and when you plugged something into them, they were really loose. There were no charging ports or modern updates to the room. The biggest issue, though, was the sleeping conditions. I can't explain it - it might have been the quality of the sheets or the hvac unit, but the sheets were heavy and felt damp. We stuck to the sheets and were unable to move around easily. The bottom sheets kept coming off the bed. Plus, both my husband and I had terrible sinus issues each morning when we got up. The shower has little water pressure, and the bathtub is raised up. When you stand in it, it feels like you might go through it. As I said, the staff was very nice. I have nothing negative to say about them. The breakfast was status quo. We will not stay here again.
訪訪客用戶Residence Inn by Marriott Syracuse Carrier Circle is conveniently located near Interstates 298 and 90 (New York State Thruway). This multi-complex townhouse style hotel is located just two miles from Syracuse Hancock International Airport. Complimentary breakfast available with average quality fare but with limited selection. No on-site restaurant. Two or three dining establishments are located within walking distance. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable. Main lobby was clean but complex exterior walkways had assorted trash and garden waste at the time of my stay. The building complex walkways also had several discarded beverage containers and one pizza box laying about. The respective box contained discarded pizza and was feasted upon by two squirrels. After arriving in my suite, I was notified by front desk staff by room phone that the prior guest witnessed a bat in the suite. I was asked if I would like to change rooms to which I agreed. I was provided with a neighboring king guest suite (not an upgrade but equivalent room). Guest suite kitchen drawer handles were loose and one handle pulled completely away from the cabinetry. With the exception of oven, full kitchen available in guest suites. The guest suite carpeting was worn and kitchen tile chipped. The guest bathroom tub was quick to fill as the drain was notably slow. Several fruit flies were apparent in the suite. Guest WiFi was notably slow. Overall, the guest room was average but furnishings were worn and dated. Guest bathroom sink and vanity are located in bedroom suite, separate from shower stall and toilet. Fitness center located in the center of the complex is clean and has basic yet modern equipment. Exterior swimming pool located in the center of the complex was permanently closed. Center courtyard featured a half-court basketball area. Ample parking available. Traffic noise from busy Route 298 and exit ramps from Interstate 90 is prevalent on sides proximal to the respective roads. Overall sub average experience and I would consider another hotel when visiting the Syracuse area in the future.
stayed here numerous times and was pleasantly surprised to see the property being renovated, looks like a lot of work is being done here. I got a free upgrade from the staff to try out the new guestrooms. brand.new.everything. the bed was awesome, actually i slept too much and ended up leaving late. ill be back here for the fair in a few weeks, already booked the new room!
訪訪客用戶never going back. the first night we were there, there was no hot water. the second day that we were there, we noticed there was a lot of ants. we found out they were coming out from behind the tv stand. although the bed was super comfy and I wanted to take a pillow home, we aren't going to be going back.
