Shocking in every aspect. The walls full of mould. The furniture is so old and in a very bad condition as if they were picked up from a tip. No cups, no kettle and no power socket. Wifi didn't work. The place was dirty except for the bed sheets and towels. Disgusting and very poor customer service.

Very clean rooms. Staff were amazing. That made our stay so memorable. If you are a family book a Senior Suite featuring 2 bedrooms. 1 for the parents and the other for the kids. The only thing that we regret is that the hotel pool was closed even though the weather was nice. I understand we were mid october...

A great choice for travelers looking to stay in homey and comfortable hotel. The service is great as the staff is super helpful and will go out of their way to cater to your requests. Rooms are clean and the pool is very well maintained for a great refreshing swim. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Zoukotel! The staff is very welcoming. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom very clean. We had a room with a view and we enjoyed every day the sunset from our balcony And the pool is REALLY beautiful!!! We will definitely come back there
