感官飯店及度假村(Senses Hotel and Resort)

DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT CHOOSING THIS HOTEL !!! 1. The room is super dirty and the toilet smells. 2. Electricity goes off around 12 hours a day and more. 3. The hotel claims it has a generator but it is not used. 4. It is surrounded by clubbs which are soooo noisy. 5. The clubs keeps going until 5 am on the weekend and sometimes during the week. 6. The funny part is that only clubs have electricity while everyone else in the whole square has no electricity whatsoever. 7. I stayed in March and weather is freezing at night and no heating system available because no electricity :) 8. No room service at ALL !!! Not even once they came to clean the room or change my bedsheets during my stay which lasted a week. 9. The room does NOT have even a cup and coffee !! 10. The phone of the room is not working. 11. Drunk guests bring *********** to their rooms at night while the electricity is off. 12. The hotel owner has a dog who keeps barking all night but he doesn't seem to care or give a damn about his business. I can mention so many other points but my advice is to run the hell away from this ****hole and find a decent hotel.

The pictures and description do not match the property at all. There was no indoor pool, spa, sauna or any other amenities for leisure and entertainment, despite the fact that they were all mentioned in the description. The lobby and stairs leading up to the room were extremely dirty and not maintained properly. The rooms are not soundproof. The shower door was unstable, and got stuck halfway while trying to open it. The resort did not provide soap or towels until we asked for them. And even then, the towels were a bit wet and didn’t seem very clean. There was a hairdryer installed on the wall, but the cable was too short and it could not reach the power outlet. Extremely poor engineering! We had booked the room to enjoy the indoor pool mentioned in the description, but as it turns out, there was no indoor pool. However, we had to stay in the room because the weather was awful and we could not leave.

The riom was mouldy and triggered our asthma. Without power, we could have a shower. Had to leave after 1 night.

Worst experience ever! No hot water, no electricity, no proper assistance, no desk at night, unsafe. Not recommended at all.
