海岸溫泉度假飯店(The Shores Resort & Spa)

Rooms are falling apart. The ac was leaking and a moldy wet spot could clearly be seen by maintenance when they came to look at the ac return vent. Maintenance even said that “hot water was dripping in there”. After they looked at the ac they also left a bunch of insulation and screws all over the floor. House keeping was only available by request and when they changed our bed sheets they placed torn ones on the bed. Not exactly four star hotel status especially for an important event (our wedding)…. There were spots all over the ceiling, the sliding door to the terrace did not lock and their jacuzzi was drained and roped off despite being told over the phone that it was working before one of our friends booked there.

I could tell the hotel had been really nice once. It had just weathered a storm a lot of the rooms were not working. My room did not have electricity by the bed nor did the phone work. other than that, trip.com got the wrong dates on my reservation. They book me for Saturday and Sunday leaving Monday, but my conference, the only reason for my trip, started Monday. Essentially they had me checking out on the day the conference was to begin. I told them immediately but they did nothing about it. trip.com not worth the effort. The Shores resort and spa Daytona Beach will be back and certainly worth the stay if you can get over the front desk staff…. except for the one with the purple ish colored hair. she’s a keeper.

Très belle hôtel avec lit très confortable. Très propre et personnel courtois. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon. J’y retournerai sans heurter

La estancia fue maravillosa,atención,limpieza,servicio,todo en mis dos días ,lo recomiendo 💯 felicidades,el tiempo fue el que no me ayudo,pero no me quejó.

Hôtel avec un accès facile à la plage. Propre, accueillant et bien entretenu. Piscine en bordure d’hôtel avec un bar. Animation en soirée mais pas trop bruyant. Parfait pour les vacances!😎

The rooms are showing signs of wear. The lobby is beautiful, the pool area is clean. Most of the staff is extremely friendly and nice. The little market doesn’t have the greatest hours so it difficult to find bottles of water or coffee without having to go to the restaurant or bar. Have to have a car or Uber to get to anywhere other than the beach. We didn’t overly enjoy the food at the restaurant so ended up ordering in or going out to eat elsewhere.

Everything was wonderful except the food service. They didn't bring fresh coffee to your room for room service and the food was fair at best. The staff was short handed.

Property made our trip special with all the little extras. The champagne on check in, the beach balls. Property looked a lot better this year and much more staff.
