Rooms are falling apart. The ac was leaking and a moldy wet spot could clearly be seen by maintenance when they came to look at the ac return vent. Maintenance even said that “hot water was dripping in there”. After they looked at the ac they also left a bunch of insulation and screws all over the floor. House keeping was only available by request and when they changed our bed sheets they placed torn ones on the bed. Not exactly four star hotel status especially for an important event (our wedding)…. There were spots all over the ceiling, the sliding door to the terrace did not lock and their jacuzzi was drained and roped off despite being told over the phone that it was working before one of our friends booked there.
