The room was very clean. The staff were very professional. The pool was outside in the barbecue pit was perfect to sleep in the pullout. Couch was very comfortable. The room had a full kitchen. Bathroom was kind of small, but it was clean and nice. Will recommend to friends and family..

We have been coming to this condo for over 30 years with our family. Always had great service and a wonderful time.

The room was small but adequate for what we needed. We booked last minute, so the studio was the only thing available. I would highly recommend booking in advance to get one of the 6 oceanfront rooms. Also, there is no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, definitely ask for the first floor. The room was immaculately clean, the air conditioner worked well, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking is assigned by room so you never have to worry about having a parking spot. The pool deck was nice and quiet, but it does close a little early for my taste. There was never a mad-dash for chairs. Also, you have the option of using two gas grills on the pool deck or two charcoal grills just outside the rooms! If you are a griller, this is a rare find on the beach. Staff is helpful, friendly, and quick to take care of any problems that came up. They also gave us ideas on what to go see and do.

This resort struggles to enforce standards. Their efforts show a desire to appear to care about cleanliness, but the 4-5 hour window of time between guests overwhelms the housekeeping staff, and cleanliness suffers. In conversation with staff, it was revealed that no deep cleaning has happened in a year. The floors are damp-mopped, leaving a sticky residue to build up over time. A new coat of paint won't replace poor housekeeping.

Staff was super friendly. Parking was convenient. Only downside is there was no ice machine. Other than that I was extremely happy with the location and amenities.
