Come stay at our tropical oasis just steps to the Ocean Center, 1 block to the beach & 1 block from Main Street! Whether you’re in town for business, a convention at the Ocean Center or coming to enjoy the beach, our home is perfectly suited for all types! Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest! If you bring a pet, they must be housebroken. Fully fenced in yard! Please keep dogs on a leash for the safety and respect of other guests. Other guests could potentially have pets on the property during your stay as well. No local guests.
A lease agreement is required to be signed prior to check-in for stays of more than 28 days.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old. The green building you are staying in is tough to see from the road because it is so private, but is behind the front peach building.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload Photo government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Free on street parking for guests on the street behind the property. It’s a 3-4 min walk from the parking area. When parking, you must park with the flow of traffic. 2 parking passes are given, so there is a max of 2 vehicles/ motorcycles that can park.
Guests must contact host prior to booking if they are wanting to bring a trailer.
Baby High chair, baby bath, baby monitor and pack n play available by request only prior to arrival.
Guests are to provide their own charcoal if they would like to use the grill
For your furry friends, it's $20 per pet per night. 4 or more pets is by approval only and price varies. Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 3rd guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 3 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group. A separate $20 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $195 per pet per month. Full use of the courtyard and the picnic tables in the common area! No need for a car at this home! Excellent location for walking, biking or enjoying an electric scooter ride! The street parking, located on the street behind the property is easily accessible and a 3 min walk. This property is located right behind the Ocean Center with no neighbors on one side. The Daytona Lagoon waterpark is a 3 minute walk away and the boardwalk and beach are a 5 minute walk away! Private FIRST FLOOR 500 sq ft apartment with a fully stocked kitchen. There is a portable 2-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and all utensils and cookware needed for a great meal! From the airport - head E on International Speedway Blvd, once you go over the bridge to bring you beachside, take a left at N Peninsula Dr (2nd stoplight). Proceed North for about 1 mile until you come to Auditorium Blvd, then take a right. Finally, turn left onto N Hollywood Ave in 100 yds. The apartment is the first set of buildings on the left. The front building is a peach color and **the back building is sea foam green which is where this particular unit is located.** Temporarily park on the street with your hazard lights on & drop off your bags at your 1st floor (downstairs) apartment. Take the stairs from the sidewalk and follow the sidewalk to the South of the front building which will lead you to the green 2 story building in the back. It is the apartment in the first floor. Temporarily park on the street with your hazard lights on & drop off your bags at your downstairs apartment. There will be a visitor parking pass on the peninsula of the apartment for you to use for your vehicle. THE PARKING PASSES ARE TO BE RETURNED TO THE APARTMENT AT CHECKOUT. ($50 replacement fee for each pass not returned.) Parking is on street parking, located on N Peninsula Dr which is the street behind the apartment. The best place to find a parking spot is close to the intersection of Auditorium Blvd and N Peninsula Dr. You must park your car with the flow of traffic. Entry & exit:
Check in is at 4pm or later unless already agreed upon an earlier time & checkout is at 10am.
There is no key with this first floor apartment, only a keypad deadbolt on the front door. Type the code 1032 & the door will unlock. Press the lock icon on the bottom right corner of the keypad to lock the door when exiting. Inside the house:
No smoking on premises. If you must smoke, it is only allowed on the sidewalk by the street and nowhere else on the property.
There is a welcome booklet we have created on the kitchen peninsula which contains all need to know information about the apartment and our favorite things to do/see/eat in the area. There will be plenty of towels and linens for your party in the bathroom. Movie rentals are not permitted and guests will be billed directly if a movie is rented during their stay. Feel free to write in any additional recommendations you might have in the book after your stay! WiFi:
